Personality
Tori spends most of her time in two states of mind: high and not high. She is a chronic user of marijuana and a lot of other drugs, but does not partake in alcohol (it makes her get into bar fights, and while she enjoys bar fights, she has trouble winning them).
While Sober
20% of the time. She's stressed out, irritated easily, and hyper aware of what goes on around her; she has a short fuse and acts with urgency, extreme focus, and over-confidence.
Stoned
80% of the time. She becomes less worried about everything that's going on and lets things roll as they come. She's amusing and slow like this, but able to perform her tasks even more expertly than while sober--even though the pace is excessively slower by comparison.

Physical Description
Short and stout, while Tori is by far not free of fat, most of her bulk comes from a generally overly physically fit figure underneath a little extra around the hips, waist, and tits. She keeps her hair short and out of her face, which features heavy-lidded eyes that are strikingly gray-green--if you can even see them because of the Stoner Squint. There's a scar on her face that is raised only slightly and faded almost completely.
Tattoos
- Right Arm: Full biomechanical inspired sleeve, blue/grey/green
- Left Arm: Skeleton bat hanging upside down wearing top hat, monocle & gentleman's cane. Lower down on the arm is the manta ray version of that -- definitely with a made up mammalian skeleton.
- Back: School of manta rays swimming upward, bursting through the surface of the water and tesselating into bats
- Front: Ephemeral purple/green jellyfish tattoo underneath right breast that extends to the belly

Religion
Tori is very religious, only because there is proof of the existence of the Dark Ones, in giving her the powers of dark miasma. She offers sacrifices and praises them often, but generally keeps it to herself around people that get real tired of that stuff real easily.
Drag Persona
For times when being a woman is an inconvenience (which is most of the time, but Tori's got pride), she dresses up in drag as Raynor, a short guy with what looks like massive pectoral muscles and a fabulous mustache. She also totally hits on chicks this way.
Background
Tori was raised on a farm in Montana and, in general lived a farmhand's life for most of her childhood and some of her early teen years. She assisted her father around the farm, fixing everything from tractors to water faucets. She had to learn to drive at a young age as well to help around the farm as the oldest of two children. However, around age fifteen her boisterous personality -- which is the nice way of putting it -- could not keep her in rural Montana any longer, and she made her way to the East coast with only a used motorcycle and a backpack.
She arrived in New York City and eventually joined the NYC chapter of Dykes on Bikes, The Sirens, where she fell in with a tough crew of hard women who taught her the ropes of a more efficient criminal career. This small group used the general Sirens group (most of which did not participate in criminal activity) as a cover and an alibi for most of their robberies, arsons, and other crimes. Because of her affinity towards machines, she was trained as the getaway driver, and over the years became very good at getting away.
Unfortunately, a couple of detectives caught onto the trail of the women. The leader (Sally Twist) was killed on a raid, while the others, including Tori, narrowly escaped. She's come to the Rogue Isles now with only her motorcycle and an entire UHAUL full of her stuff--though the UHAUL is in storage, somewhere--seeking out somewhere to settle down.

- Joint Origami: The fine art of cross joints and other things are something that Tori is very good at. She also makes bongs out of fruit, gas masks, buckets, and a variety of other potential items.
