This article is intended to give new players a template to work their character information into. This can help by providing some fields to fill in an otherwise daunting blank page. I've built this almost entirely by looking at the fields other people have included. You may cut and paste the below section into your edit window, just below the HeroBox or VillainBox template info.
Information about the conception of the character seems prevalent at the top of each page, without any heading. Also, contact information for the player is often entered in this top section. By having no heading, it places itself before the Table of Contents box. Like this.

Powers
Put something about the character's powers here. This heading may contain all that is known about this character's powers or it may simply be an overview of abilities and brief synopsis of how they were obtained. If the latter, you may include some sub-headings.

Abilities
The character is more than just the powers he uses. What everyday tasks is he capable of? Black belt in a particular martial art? Suave and charming? Cardshark? These are abilities that often aren't reflected in the character's actual in-game powers, but are quite important regardless. Alternately, these abilities may have paved the way to this character using his powers.
Weaknesses and Limitations
I've only seen this heading once (granted, I didn't go through all the pages), but it can serve to provide depth to certain characters. If the weaknesses and limitations are pretty standard - ie, robots vulnerable to electricity, mutants vulnerable to a dozen bullets - then it probably doesn't need to be here. But robots vulnerable to psychic attacks (like the Clockwork) and regular humans masquerading as metas can probably put something to the like in this heading. Or it could be omitted entirely.

Just like it sounds.

I haven't seen this category a lot, but it's a great catch-all.
