This is a simple arc intended for play by beginning Villains who are tired of Burke and Kalinda, don't wish to go Praetorian, and suits a more Rogue-ish mindset. It's a straight-forward introduction to Mercy Island and its enemy groups much as the usual starter contacts provide, and provides only simple objective set-ups to fit with the feel of early content intended for the lowest-level characters. Outside of the standard game lore it fills you in on, it introduces a character who I'll be using as a contact for a follow-up set in Port Oakes.
It's actually missing a mission (never decided if it was going to be RIP or Hellions) which I snipped to have this arc published for the kick-off of a Parts Unknown Prestige event, but is still relatively complete in its current state so I've left it up since. Feedback is welcome.
While the arc uses Babe as its contact and offers up a link to Parts Unknown in the souvenir, it's not a group-exclusive arc and in fact Babe doesn't actually mention his crew at any point, it's all about showing a new character the ropes.
