Who am I? I'm Spider-man. ... No, wait... Oh gods no! I don't want to be the freakish marvel poster boy with the teen angst and the constant flip-flopping between being loved or hated by the citizens of his city!
Actually, I'm jsut your unfriendly forum lurking Bat. I'm grouchy, have a low tolerance for idiots, and I won't team with people who don't RP. I find CoH to be an incredibly boring game if I'm not IC. The only reason I play is for the RP and the enjoyment I get out of bringing my super hero characters to life in a 3D world. I'm a huge comic book fan, and an admittedly biased one. I love DC. I USED to love Marvel, but they took all my favorite characters and made them all go and become FUBAR.
Rogue doesn't have her super strength of flight anymore, Ms. Marvel's supporting an ass hat version of Tony Stark, who was once the incredibly cool and heroic "Down with government supremecy" Iron Man, and the entire x-men team has gone and become a super opera instead of a comic book. And to top it all off they killed off one of the first super heroes I ever liked. R.I.P. Cap, you're still missed.
So who are my favorite heroes? My Top Three: 1. Wonder Woman 2. Hawkgirl 3. Batman
Honorable mention to Catwoman, who has and always will be my favorite Anti-Hero/villain.
