History: Killa was given his name by the people in Cimerora. He once was a promising soldier, who if he was assigned to do any fighting it was the last resort. With the might of his battle axes he would wreck havoc on all in his way. He does not know mercy. He was Romulous Augustus's Captain and when Romulous betrayed Imperious to over throw him and rule Cimerora. His Lord Romulous Augustus used him vigorously and Killa did not question him.
He is very loyal to his leader. He took up the name Killa.Czr for being known as Master of Killing by those who feared him. He was fighting in Cimerora when the Midnighters struck his zone. He fought hard and defended himself well until his life would change forever.
Present Day: He was sucked into a portal and appeared in Steel Canyon, Paragon City. Unknown to the time's technology, he was out classed in many ways. The portal had given him inhuman abilities, at which he hid his identity as Killa for a time being until he could catch up with the times. He was looking for work, when he heard an organization that could use his loyalty and skills. The name he heard was Arbiter Death, and at the much of his surprise saw the strength in him. From the moment Arbiter Death accepted him, he became his new Lord.
