Alexander Linkin was born as normal as could be for someone born in Pargon city.with his mom and younger brother up until his 16th birthday he started to have headaches constanly and then after a trip to the docter reaveled that Lex was a Physic just a lucky mutation one in a million but the doctor did mention that these powers tend to manafist in pairs so that maybe in time he might find he had other powers. . . He started doing freelance mind readings for money to buy a super hero costume. . . now a registered super hero he started fighting crime and met some not so friendly types and one day they attacked his family and during the fight his younger brother was killied at that moment Lex's second power manifested as a great storm was conjered up and foes were brought to an end with bolt of lightning ever snice that point he has vowed to never leave anyone un defended again.
