My name is States, like my father I protect the City of Paragon to the fullest of my abilities.
Through the time of need when everyone needed him, he vanished only later on I found him dead from his last heroic actions with the Freedom Phalanx; to save the city of Paragon; from the clutches of the Rikti invasion forces. To whom I speak of is my father statesmen; after his death.
I dawned his costume and put into action everything he taught me. After altering the his costume just a tad to fit my body type. I went to Paragon City to register myself as States, than one day.
on mission while fighting the CoT's, I was captured & thrown into a vortex where I ended up back in Atlas Park. But it wasn't my Atlas Park; to me everything seemed like my Atlas Park But instead I was flung into another world like mine, but when I saw Statesmen seeing that he was alive I thought I was sent back in time, But when I went to him he had no knowledge of me. I Learned this was not my world, nor my time space. I wanted to let him know that no matter what world or time I'm in I will thrive to show even in another world I will always be his daughter to up hold his Justice, and to help protect the innocent people of Paragon City all over again.

Every since my father and his friend discovered the fountain of the furries. He's been trying to find a way to cure or make a way to defeat his long time friend, so what he did was take samples of the water from the fountain and try and create a means to stop Lord Recluses.
This is where I come in, I was only 10 when it happened. As Miss. Liberty; who happens to be my elder sister, was going out to do her daily patrol, Dad had asked her to watch over me before such. But when I wasn't able to be found, it was far to late when I was found in the lab.
I was reading over notes of what my father had written down. And among that time, dad came in and saw me, he didn't think anything of it as I was just reading his paper work. When he started to do some experiments on the water, a large shock of electricity came through his hand and starttled him. The glass container that had the fountains water, went flying through the air. I had jumped off the stool and went to try and catch it, but I didn't get it on time. The container crashed onto the floor flinging glass shards all over the place, some of the glass shards still had the water on them. and I was hit by one of those shards.
When I turned 11, I was at school when a bully was picking on me. Because I'm the youngest daughter of Statesmen they pick on me for thinking that I was stuck up or to preppy or something like that. Any how one of the bullies tried to grab my book bag and hair and in a moment of defense I shoved him. And a glow of red light came from my hands as the kid went flying 5 feet away from me.
In shock I ran home from school and told my father, hearing the news my father and those around him started to train me everything they knew about using and controlling my powers. Soon all my powers was able to come out.
Even though my powers came from the same fountain my father got his, I was only given a small amount of that water. Although it did bestowed me with great strength and invunrablility I am still nothing compared to my father and my mother..
