This wiki is a library of fan created original content for the City of Heroes/Villains MMORPG virtue server. Edit on WIP template

It's generally not a good idea to be blanking out templates like Template:WIP that are used by multiple users here on Virtueverse. If you are not the creator of the template, there's a better than good chance that someone's page is going to be affected by your change-especially if it's a generic template like this one.
