Van Helsing Blood Oath

We, the chosen of arch angel Michael do pledge on this day the 1st of January 1890 year of our lord , to become the true protectors of mankind

We take now this oath , in the name of the Father, the son and the holy ghost , that no creature of infernal influence or vice kind shall pose a threat to humanity.

1. From vampires, discarnate spirits and other evil dead shall we safeguard mankind

2. From shape shifters, changelings, and other inhuman species shall we protect humanity

3. From demons, succubi, incubi, and any other dark spirits shall we protect the Innocent

4. From sorcerers, thaumaturgists, warlocks and others who traffick with dark forces shall we shield the powerless.

5. From all vice kind who would desecrate or pervert the Lord's good Creation shall we preserve the Earth.

Let our oath be a war song to be trumpeted across the world for powerful servants unto the lord shall we be.

+2 Die on chosen combat roll. Immunity to all forms of Delirium. Supernatural are treated as having Eerie Presence towards Oath-Takers. Fearless. Can use Stamina to soak Aggravated Damage. Iron Will Merit.

Breaking the oath

Chosen Skill reduced to 0. Perception reduced to 1. Oath-breaker gains Eerie Presence. -2 Courage. Unable to soak Lethal.
