Vartan Keastu
What does he look like
What stands before you is not fully human but a mixture of part human part rabbit. He is covered in soft white fur with random patches of pale white skin showing, the fur running over most of his body stopping up to about half way up his neck.
His face is pretty fur free his nose protrudes out a bit making it look slightly longer from the side view, sometimes when he talks he’s teeth can stick out, but only when he talks quickly. He has fine wispy whiskers on his face just below his nose although they are not used to sense the location of where he is going they are still sensitive when brushed up against things.
If you where to see him without a top on you could make out that he is slim, not very muscular although if you use your hand you could feel a slight outlining of his abs through his fur.
The rabbit ears on his head provide him with hearing that is significantly better than normal humans, he is able to move his ears flopping them or perk them up. His eyesight is about as good as any normal human.
Although he may not be muscular around his torso but his legs are very muscular due to being more developed than an average human this provided him with father movement and better jumping.
He has normal human feet, unlike his hands which are in fact Paws. He wears gloves over them because he has always struggled to manipulate things with his paws. When he removes his gloves his fur is matted and oily the Pads on the underside of his paws are rough to feel.
On the back on him you can see a small furry tail, this is located at the lower end of his spine. He does have some movement of it be it is very limted, the area around his tail is fairly furry.
He does not eat meat, and will normally only eat Fruit, Vegetables, and other such things like grass and leafs.
Personality
Growing up neither one thing nor another it tends to make you feel somewhat lonely in the world, when growing up he was teased by many anthro’s because of his human characteristics rather than animal ones. As the result of this he is fairly shy and tends not to start conversations, although does enjoy chatting.
Most of the time he can be seen sitting in a corner or standing on his own, feel free to approach him, all he ever wants is acceptance and not to feel so alone.
He rarely gets annoyed with anyone and always tries to be as kind to everyone hoping to make them feel good about themselves, putting people first before himself.
Background information
Vartan’s mother Royal Daisy his grandmother royal daisy
Royal Vartan was bourn Vartan Keastu son of Royal Daisy grandson of Royal Rose. As a young Bunny Vartan was thought to of not inherited any of his mother’s powers but as like most mutants when puberty hit his true potential was shown.
He developing the ability to control fire much like his mother but more of a shock was this ability to use Kinetics like this grandmother. It was believed that Rose’s powers where long lost as they we’re not passed onto her daughter, It seemed to of skipped a generation.
Background Storey
Vartan when much older had always dreamt of joining the Royal Guard to prove to his parents he was in control of his powers.
On his 18th birth he left his birth place of Furcadia to travel to England where Rose in training for the impending Rikti attack. With Rose’s recommendation Vartan was accepting into the Guard and taken for training.
He had no idea of what was going to happen after all he was the first and probably only one of his kind to ever join and hoped that his training would pay off and he could be accepted as ‘one of the guys’. This was a lot harder than he had thought looking the way he did caused a lot of controversy amongst the ranks.
Feeling alone and tired he had thought of giving it up many times because he had deemed himself unworthy. One day Vartan noticed a young recruit being picked on and most beaten up by older members; he picked up currage and went to his rescue.
The guys picking on him saw Vartan coming but had decided it wasn’t worth getting a fight in so wondered off shouting abuse at Vartan something he had become use too. Looking down at this young officer Vartan asked him if he was okay to which he replied he was.
Offering his hand he introduced him self, always the young recuit to gather his things and introduce himself, He called himself Zero Quick which Vartan thought was a weird name, but then when your half human half rabbit you shouldn’t be so picky.
From that day on Vartan and ‘ZQ’ as Vartan liked to call him became close friends, more so in-fact blossoming into something more.
He’s training was hard and long where he was taught to release some of his original control of his fire powers to be able to release more deadly fire attacks, along with Rose’s guidance he was able to master the art of Kinetics making him a strong foe to those whom may attack.
The time came when Vartan was ready to leave and head off to paragon city to help protect them against the invading Rikti, Sadly QZ still not having finished his training had to stay behind promising to find him no matter of what it may take.
Entering paragon city was something he could never have expected, so many people with extraordinary powers more so than his this was something impressive indeed. His grandmother Rose had already travel to paragon city to help co ordinate the impending attacks so he was pleased to see a friendly face.
It soon became time when Vartan, Rose and all the other heroes would have to test their might and power against the Rikti, eager for Battle Vartan was assigned to help protect Rose.
Rose being a Key Officer she was thought too valuable to loose, but always insisted that she wanted to help in whatever way possible.
June 24th 2005 was a day to remember the days of all days, the day the war started.

Much like his mother Vartan is able to control the power of Fire, before joining the Royal Guard he had more control over his powers able to stop foes in there tracks, but once joining the Royal Guard he was taught to unlease his Fire powers with Devastating effects.
Kinetics
Passed down from his Grandmother Vartan is able to wild the power of Kinetic's to his own will cause great power surges to help out his allies and to defeat his foes.
