The original idea I had behind Vince was to simply make a smart-mouthed street punk that often made everyone angry - the polar opposite of my heroic main, Taxibot Theta. After watching "The Road to Perdition," I hid him away for a while, and remade him. Not his backstory, though - Most of what you see here was thought up during his initial creation. I simply revised his attitude. He's still the smart-mouthed street punk, but he carries a different sort of aura around him... Unless that's the cigarette smoke...

Origins
The Early Years
Born and raised in the Rogue Isles, Vince simply grew up on the streets. He had parents, and knew of them, but most of his contact with them were fleeting at best. It was always "corporate takeover" this, and "world domination" that. He was an afterthought, plain and simple. His parents had enrolled him in a private school system heavily influenced by Arachnos, but most of Vince's time was spent with his buddy, William "Brutus" McKenzie. It was during his time as a teenager, in a small, now non-existent, sect of the Skulls, that Vince and Brutus decided to split and strike it out on their own, forming the alliance known as Mobius.
The Big Bust
Mobius quickly became a local powerhouse in Sharkhead Isle. Taking in many former members of the Hellions and the Skulls, Vince soon found himself with a small group of trusted minions, childhood friend "Brutus" included, which would soon become the Mobius gang currently terrorizing the Isles. Mobius, several hundred big at this point, began dealings on both sides of the law, and soon grabbed Recluse's attention. Lord Recluse had forced Mobius to disband, but allowed Vince to continue his dealings under Arachnos.
Present Day
Today, Vince has become the street-wise, smart-mouthed dealer everyone knows and loathes. Backed by his childhood friend, Brutus, and his old council, Vince roams the streets, peddling just about anything and everything. "One thing I don't do," Vince says in an interrogation in his brief time in the Ziggursky Prison in Brickstown, "is get the kids involved. I got loose morals, but there are some things I -don't- do. Plain wrong."

Vince doesn't show any real super-human abilities of any kind. Vince -is- known for his infamous charisma, which has, and will probably continue to, get him out of most unfortunate situations. "It's kinda strange," says Brutus, who was also interrogated during Vince's brief arrest. "There've been plenty of times where he got me to agree with things, where normally if it were anyone else, I'd have wringed his neck."
Vince also has the knack to create super-medicines and poisons out of anything he could find. Many in Mobius tie this to his time with the Skulls, although he has yet to reveal the source of his training.
Attire
Vince is normally seen in his black trench coat, and the t-shirt bearing his gang's symbol underneath. He is rarely seen in his suit, which he reserves for "special occasions," and he is seen in his Arachnos armor even less.

Vince first became affiliated with Arachnos in his school days, when he attended a youth corps of sorts along with his schooling. He always blew off his duties, however, and soon left them for the Skulls. His past caught up with him, though, as he now works as an Arachnos foot soldier in exchange for protection for the new Mobius.
