Origin/History
Xī Fèng's parents were murdered when she was just 12 years old. With no relatives that would take her in, and not wanting to go to the horrible orphanages, she fled to the streets of Hong Kong. Living off of her wits, she survived. A year after her parents' death she was taken in by the Black Fang Triad, a large mafia that ruled the docks. The Triad's Shan Chu, or "Mountain Master" (mob boss), used her pain and anguish at her parents' murder, and her cold demeanor she got from the streets, to transform her into his personal enforcer. Having studied martial arts since she can remember, along with her nimble body, she could defeat opponents many times larger than herself. At the age of 14 her mutant genes surfaced, an ability to channel her qí, or spirit energy, into a tangible aura around her fists. Knowing she would need guidance he couldn't give, the Shan Chu sent young Xī Fèng to train with Huojin Lei Leng, a well known martial arts master and friend of the Shan Chu. A week after she began her training, she and Huojin disappeared.
At this time all known records of Xī Fèng cease. It isn't until 12 years down the road that she resurfaces on the Rogue Isles. But there is much history in those years that none but Xī Fèng and few others know.
After being told about Xī Fèng's abilities, Huojin agreed to train her without hesitation. The Shan Chu did not know this, but Huojin was also the personal trainer for an elite assassins' guild in Hong Kong. Knowing the Shan Chu would want her back, Huojin took her underground and began her training and induction into the Black Sun Assassins' Guild. After just three years she mastered not just one, but three forms of external Chinese martial arts: Bājíquán, Piguaquán, & Fānziquán. She had also worked her way up the perverbial ladder. Six years after joining the Black Sun, at the age of 20, she was dismissed from the Black Sun and sent to Russia to work under retainer for the Russian FSB and SVR. She stayed there for 6 years, doing everything from assassinations to hacking, espionage to stealth infiltration, kidnapping to torture. It is somewhere in these 6 years that Xī Fèng gets scarred on the right side of her face, rendering her right eye useless. The details are unknown as to how she gained the scar, but her body as compensated with full depth perception from one eye.
Now, having left Russia and come to the Rogue Isles, she has started a new assassins' guild, rightly called The Rogue Isles Assassins' Guild. Gaining infamy, but sticking to the shadows, she is becoming one of the Rogue Isles' premier assassins.

Xī Fèng is a master of three styles of external chinese martial arts, Bājíquán, Piguaquán, & Fānziquán. She is also skilled at computer hacking, torture, lockpicking, lip reading, and ventriloquism. Any number of skills needed in her "occupation" are probably in her repertoire as well.
