Canisters rained from the sky down upon the remote world of Ashu IV, the home of the Y'suru, its vast snow-sculpted mountains and valleys, to the emerald haze of the mighty forests, great trees standing hundreds of feet tall, a wide variety of predatory creatures that endlessly hunted one another. Where the great clans clashed in honorable combat. The K'tun had begun their test. These people were expendable, they were not a part of their grand coalition. The Coalition, a conglomerate of races united in a singular purpose, but that would all change. As those canisters struck the ground, displacing the air with a thunderous bang, the deadly payload being dispersed into the atmosphere. Within a matter of days, their engineered plague spread, killing millions..slowly, painfully. A toxin that built up in the livers of its victim, until it subsequently overwhelmed the bodies ability to cleanse itself. Dehydration was common, as was ruptured ligaments, those who did survive were not able to function properly.
It was days before The Coalition arrived with their containment fleet, after a scout had surveyed the system, as the K'tun Science vessel orbited this world, it left rather hastily after it detected the scout. The K'tun vessel wasn't supposed to be there, it was unauthorized. The remaining canisters in space were inspected, and a final analysis was taken. This was an act of war.
Those few places untouched by the contagion, attempts were made to save what was left. The Y'suru vessels were few in number. Out of 6.8 billion. Only 9.8 million survived the engineered genocidal weapon. It was a horrific loss for their kind, and they scattered.

Di'mir
The explanation of the word, Mir being "Honor of Ashu" signifying their deep connection to the mantras of honor, while Di simply meaning family, or clan of, as much of the Y'suru's words have multiple meanings.
Di'tash
The explaination of the word, Di meaning family, or, clan of, Tash, meaning the "Emerald Seers", Di'tash largely home to a large amount of those adept in the Mystic arts.
Di'ken
The explanation of the word, Di being loosely clan, family, Ken being their close bond with their machines, typically inscribing them with text and runes thought long lost to the Y'suru after the collapse. They favor armor, powered or otherwise.
Biology
Life Span: 800-1200 years.
Characteristics: The Y'suru are yet another interesting addition to The Coalition, the last to become a member thus far. They stand between 5'4 and 6'2, having a pale skin, and a very fine coat of fur. Y'suru typically function in 'Clans', each with their own special methods of war, and customs.
Gestation Period: 6 1/2 months.
Innate Abilities
These abilities are inborn, either biologically or deep seated within their culture.
Nocturnal: The Y'suru's eyes are naturally attuned to nighttime use, as they are primarily nocturnal by nature.
Alertness: The Y'suru's natural senses are incredibly sensitive, they can hear far beyond the normal, and see twice as far, when compared to humans, or the like. Y'suru can also tune out particular frequencies, and even individual people if they decide they do not wish to hear it.
Untouchable: Psychics would be hard pressed to enter the mind of a Y'suru, no matter the potency of their abilities , psychic powers tend to rely on the final analysis of electrical workings of the mind, such as the firing of impulse charges between synapses, Y'suru seem to be able to blank this, triggering a disturbing and disarming vacancy, being able to extend this field from them several feet. rendering their teammates resistant to psychic assault, although it does not afford them the same protection the Y'suru receive.
The Ka'lu
These abilities are derived from their inborn connection to a spirit realm, known as the Ka'lu.
Spirit Walk: Only the eldest of Y'suru have been reported to use this ability, it can involve walking in the realm, to attempting to find the spirit of the recently departed. Of course, this comes at great risk, as one has to leave his or her physical body behind to perform it, some have failed to come back.
Calm of the Ka'lu: The Y'suru can use this to recover themselves, its usually only used on extended expeditions, or combat situations, where they can't get a full nights rest, as its very stressful on the body, and on their connection to the Ka'lu, some Y'suru have actually died using this too often, or for too long.

Hair Color(s): Usually a pale silver, and black, to sometimes a dark emerald color.
Eye Color(s): Generally from any hue of blue (Which is rare), to any hue of emerald.
Skin Color(s): Typically a pale silver, to emerald, as they have a thin down of fur covering their bodies.
