Resistance
Origin: Shane is the first born twin to Sam and son of Dale and Anne Colt. His father Dale was the first hero to use the name Peacemaker and had a long career fighting crime in a City of Heroes along side his sidekick Will Winchester, a.k.a Cavalry. Dale retired from the life of a hero upon getting married to Anne and starting a family. When the twins turned 5 years old their father was forced to bring the Peacemaker out of retirement for one last mission from which he would never return. Shane and his brother Sam would both inherit a genetic trait passed down their father's bloodline that gave them invulnerability to all forms of physical damage.
