Affiliation

Only a week or so after she arrived on the Earth, she sought out a group to join as her own. Perhaps it was her clan mentality that pushed her. She soon stumbled upon a hero named Radiation Man, who was recruiting for his own group. The group is called 'Light Of Paragon'. She was of course intrigued. So, after a brief interview and meeting, she was allowed to join the group.

In the short time she has been part of the group, she has done her best to make the group a much better one. And her efforts have not gone unnoticed. She has recently been promoted to the rank of Captain!

Personality

Despite the fact she is a top grade huntress, Zelda is a very compassionate being. For those close to her, she shows a certain caring and ambivolence that belies her huntress demeanor. Some of her clan referred to her as a motherly figure, a role she was always uncomfortable in. But she can also be very stern when need be. She has a firm hand when it comes to some matters. When something needs to be done, when a decision must be made, she will not hesitate to do so. Even if it might upset some. She always seeks to do what is right for her group.

Powers And Abilities

Given her alien physiology, she has been granted a number of unique abilities. Her senses are greatly heightened, making her the ideal tracker. She is also able to move with a Stealth Sense, which helps her avoid detection by other beings. It makes her harder to sense, both physically and mentally. It even makes it harder to see her, to make her out.

Like all chosen Huntresses of her Clan, she was trained from a very early age in the ways of hunting and archery. Those of the Litus Clan were renowned for their hunting skills, to the point her clan had a reputation as mercenaries and trackers. A reputation they earned well, and some proudly.

About Zelda And Her People

Zelda's world of origin is known as Tellux.

It is believed that, many eons ago, Earth and Tellux were sister worlds. Existing in the same time, near each other. It was Tellux that first garnered life, it was there life first began to show it's existence. It wasn't so long after that the sister world, Earth, began to spring life forward. The Gods of Tellux had seen this as a problem.. and so the Gods decided to separate the sisters. They shifted Tellux out of this reality and into it's own. Tellux would exist between the light and shadows of our own reality. The Earth would not know of it's Sister, and the Gods of Tellux assured themselves that the plight of what would be Humanity would not interfere with or be a threat to the Telluxians.

On both worlds, in both realities, life thrived. Millenia passed, and life evolved. The world of Tellux was largely unchanged throughout the ages, adopting a society that used a balance of mysticism and technology. Nothing as advanced as what could be found on Earth, but advanced in it's own way. Tellux evolved along it's own lines.. similar but different than the Earth. And the Telluxian people also evolved differently than those of the Earth.

And it came to pass that the Gods of Tellux saw a danger to their children on the distant horizon. The seers of the Telluxians were getting visions of a grand doom that would wash over their world like wildfire. And this threat would be born upon the Earth. After many years of debate, it was finally decided that the Telluxians would send an emissary to the Earth. The emissary would be of the more promimant clans of Tellux. And one of the leading bloodlines of that clan. And so.. Zelda Oran was chosen to be sent to the Earth as that emissary.

Zelda herself was a Huntress of her clan. The Huntress was a very promiment role. Not only did she go along the hunts into the surrounding forests for food, but she was a defending her clan, her people and her lands. On Earth, she would be considered a Princess. The eldest daughter of the leader of her clan (kingdom). While she was saddened to leave her people and all she loved.. she understood her duty. She understood the tremendous responsibility given to her.

While it's not always evident, Zelda does have one artificial limb. Her right arm, from the shoulder down. When she was around 10, she had decided to try and prove herself to her elders in the village, and to her mentor. And so, she took her bow and some arrows and went out of the city to hunt a villisa. It's sort of Tellux's version of a bear. The result was Zelda barely making it out alive, having to be rescued by a near hunter who happened to be in the area hunting that same villisa. Her life was saved barely in time, but she lost her arm. Given the promimence of her family in the clan, the best engineers began work immediately on a replacement arm for her, crafting it out of an enhanced alloy. It was also equipped with a small diamond that had mystic properties that allows it to act as a sort of cloaking device for her arm. It allows her arm to appear as if it is made of the same flesh as the rest of her body, though it still 'feels' like metal.


How do you let someone go? How do you understand that’s alright? That everything changes. How do you find a way for that to make you feel good about life, instead of breaking your heart? The hardest thing you’ll ever learn is how to say good-bye.

The Princess And The Knight In Shining Armor

The Light of Paragon has been drawn into a conflict with a group known as the Order Of The Viper. One of them, known as the Viper Of Honor, is a knight born many centuries ago. He was brought back by a necromancer known as the Viper Of Sorrow. In bringing him back into life, he became bound to her. He was forced to do her bidding. But the Viper Of Honor was given that name for a reason. He was lead to believe that the Light of Paragon was a group of villians, and his battle with them a noble one. Once he learned the truth, he immediately sought to make things right for himself.

He went to the Light of Paragon hoping they could help him break the spell on him, the one binding him to Sorrow. One of their allies, Skyhart, said he could do it.. but someone else had to act as one to be bound with him. Someone else had to be an anchor to the Viper Of Honor. While the group discussed whom it could be, Honor suddenly felt that he was being summoned by Sorrow, and a decision had to be made.

And so Zelda volunteered herself.

And so it was, the Viper Of Honor was bound to Zelda. She can now sense his thoughts, she can see through his eyes should she concentrate enough. It is a big adjustment for them both. For Zelda, she now has someone she can always talk to. Someone that, like her, is fairly new to this world.
