Arbiter War

Very few people know much about Arbiter War. Out of all the Arbiter's he is the most enigmatic. He is known for always wearing a mask and concealing his identity. It's said that only the other Arbiters of the Apocalypse have seen him without a mask. Not only that he is known for placing fake Arbiter Wars out in the field in order to confuse his enemy. Outside Arachnos he is known as "The Red Arbiter", a rarely seen Arbiter who never gets his hands dirty. Longbow and other organizations opposing Arachnos each think a different man is Arbiter War. Though few know the red Arbiter is truly the real War.

What is known about Arbiter War is only known through records within Arachnos.

History

The Early Years

It's unknown how Arbiter War got into Arachnos. It's believed that he was a Wolf Spider for some time and was trained with Arbiter Death. Most called him the opposite of Death. While Death was an excellent field operative who could kill with the greatest of ease. War was best as someone who stayed one or two steps behind the others who'd become the Arbiter's of the Apocalypse. Contributing by providing them with solid battle strategies.

While the others advanced to other programs within Arachnos, War oddly became both Huntsman and Seer. This was a very odd move as War was not a seer nor was psychic. He simply had an intellect that allowed him to predict the future by correctly analyzing various factors.

It wasn't long until Lord Recluse himself started to favor War, and as such promoted him to the Arbiter at a young age. When his old allies had became allies they took upon the title the Arbiters of the Apocalypse.

Sword of War

A great deal of Arachnos' victory's have War's name associated with them. He's often considered to be one of the many men who could be viewed as the lead tactician. Out of all the Arbiter's he is believed to be one of the more accomplished in terms of his efficiency and professionalism. Many of his enemies respect him as well as he is one of the few members of Arachnos willing to deal with situations peacefully if there is no benefit to Arachnos. While this "negotiation" often falls upon deaf ears when dealing with some of the lesser heroes and villains--he continues to do so as he feels it's a waste of manpower to do otherwise.

War was, like Death, sent over to Paragon. This was a rather slow period in his work as he was often the person who had to deal with the paperwork generated from Death's mischief. For a brief period he had sent one of the "Fake Wars" to join the Villains of Paragon City to keep an eye on Death's activities. His interactions with Vincent Jaeger had made him suspicious as the man was part of an organization known as "The Hunters" who War was well aware who had infiltrated Arachnos.

Return to the Isles

Arbiter Death soon found his cover blown and had to return to the Rouge Isles. It was then connections between the fake Arbiter War and the real one were made. As such he was ordered to pull back and was eventually placed in the Shadow Spiders to offer his old friend support.

Currently he acts as a voice of reason within the organization as well as an emergency leader.
