Characters that are Wanted are those that are being actively persued or hunted by a person or a group of individuals for various reasons. The most common of these reasons (but not limited to) is that the character in question is wanted by a government's (or governments') law enforcement agency for the commitment of a crime (or crimes) within it's jurisdiction. Other Characters might be wanted by the many groups that operate within the CoX multiverse (such as the Circle of Thorns, 5th Column, Outcasts, etc,). An individual that has sworn a vendetta against the character (for whatever reason) would fall under the Wanted Category.
