Juvie opens The Artful Dodgers, and the group bags their first Arch-villain.

Plot

"The Dodgers" vs Dr. Vahzilok

Juvie approached Antonio Nash with his "Big Idea"; to give kids, like himself, an alternative to the gangs that recruit from the street. This supergroup would allow disenfranchised teens the safety and privacy to learn about their powers without resorting to crime for survival. Antonio cleared the concept with Blue Steel, and the City Representative. After choosing a name from his favorite book, "Oliver Twist" by Charles Dickens,The Artful Dodgers were born.

The Artful Dodgers were an immediate hit, when, after Juvie came down with the waisting disease, Casval Regelis and Woe's Child help bring down "The Dodgers'" first Arch-villain, Dr. Vahzilok. This success brought the fledgling supergroup corporate donations, refurbished equipment, and the attention of meta street kids across the city. They also gained the invaluable guidance from a veteran of the Rikti War, Crimson Muse .
