Formerly known as The Rockabilly Racer, the hot-rodding heel was a fire-manipulating dynamo who used his superpowers to wreak havoc and steal whatever he wanted.

Unbeknownst to Sebastian however, The Racer actually survived the explosion that granted him his superpowers. Just not in the form he once was.

Though his body appeared to be atomized, he was somehow converted to pure energy and transferred to the dimension that which the converter siphoned energy from. It took him months to reconstitute his body and return home.

Having gone insane during his time in suspended animation, the Racer blamed Sebastian for what he had become.

Now possessing both superhuman speed along with the ability to generate and manipulate fire, the former Rockabilly Racer became the supercharged speed-freak Hotwire. He is perhaps Sebastian's greatest, and most dangerous, foe.
