Personality
Regina is a very carefree, though crude and talkitive person. She loves conversing with others and she always seem to be some idiot to begin with, but under the usual crude, sexual and humored appearance is an inquisitve and calculating mind. She studies everything, to an extent. She can easily switch between dedicated and lazy, studious and ruinous, but never seems to get depressed nor angry, always sporting a smirk, grin or smile, and rarely going to a neutral expression and never a frown without being mocking or deceptive with it.
A Genius in her own right, despite no formal education, the woman has researched magic extensively and is a self-proclaimed mage, which others, no doubt, would agree with. She studied technology, several branches of science and even history and pop culture to an extent just from kicks when it peaked her interest.

Politics and Government
Regina Hicks proclaims herself an Anarchist. She believes government causes people to be confined and restricts free will and promotes corruption. She thinks the smaller government is, the better. Regina, personally, doesn't take any rules into thought that arn't part of her own moral code, often making her seem as a horrible person to others that stick with governed laws.
Sex and Love
Many people see Regina as a bit of a tramp due to her permiscuous sex life. She sees sex as an outlet, something fun to do with out worry, given the right procautions. She doesn't lock sex in with love, though. She sees love and relationships as sacred, and wouldn't sully one with outside sex without expressed permission from the one she is with. Sex is Sex, Love is a commitment.
Though she is not condeming of polyamorous relationships, she is shaky on the idea. She can see her loving multiple people, not being the kind to believe in 'true love', but still of the belief in unconditional love and understanding, she finds it difficult to split that unconditional feeling amongst multiple people at the same time.
