Might Makes Reich was an enemy of the American Safeguard. The 5th Column sympathizer clashed with the shield-bearing hero nearly twenty times before he was killed when an overzealous vigilante knocked him into the path of a tram going through the King's Row station. There have been reports of a man with a similar outfit and powers working with some of the Safeguard's former enemies, but there is no solid evidence of these claims.
