American Safeguard/Soviet Safeguard

The Soviet Safeguard is an alternate reality version of the American Safeguard. The only distinguishing characteristics between the two are the Soviet Safeguard's differently-colored costume and shield, his stereotypical Russian accent and his awful, awful moustache.

Seeking to spread the Soviet way, he crossed over to Primal Earth in late 2010, but he was quickly and quietly defeated by his American double. Primal Brian is fairly embarrassed by the whole thing and sincerely hopes nobody ever finds out about his communist counterpart.
