Sigma Seraph 13's Private Files: Argent Tempest Project

Well, this project went straight to hell.

When Anthony Caruso left the Rogue Isles for good, I was pretty damn pissed that we'd just lost one of our most effective operatives. But then it hit me... I can get another one of him, that I'd get to train and indoctrinate from the very start. I had his medical files, including a DNA sample.

I leaned on some of the Crey contacts we had here and sent some men to... appropriate some equipment from their labs. I set up a little facility underneath an unassuming apartment building in Port Oakes, and set about growing my very own Anthony Caruso.

After nearly a year of speed-growth treatments and high-intensity training sessions, I was pretty well ready to unleash my new secret weapon. We issued him his suit and told him to make sure no one ever saw his face. It'd cause some problems if someone identified him as Anthony Caruso, or a clone of him.

Then he promptly wrecked my lab, killed half the technicians, put Saint in the hospital (again), and ran for it out in the Rogue Isles. Then he signed up with that Nation bunch and has pretty much set about wreaking havoc. It's not my damn fault. How was I supposed to know he was getting pissed at being treated like just a weapon? At least we were careful that he never actually found out who any of us were.

File 2

Great, now he's gone and let a few hundred people in Paragon City die. Arachnos goes and tests some biological weapon in Paragon, and of course some meta comes looking for the cure, right? Well, Argent Tempest decides taking on the vigilante would be a good way to test himself. Kicks the crap out of the guy, and then a bunch of people die from the weapon.

Better go and tell Fox Masters I had nothing to do with it. He's outta my control.

File 3

Well, at least he went after a native meta this time. I don't think the Sea Witch stood a chance.

And when the hell did he start using a sledgehammer???

File 4

Interesting. Two new developments in this project.

One, he's been observing buying groceries, of all things. Has he been learning to cook?

Two, he's been going after some really tough people. Guess it's part of that drive to improve himself. I just realized the trend. He ambushed Aurora Borealis when she went to the Isles and well... stomped her. She was in the hospital for a week.

Notes

Argent Tempest is a clone of Red Fox Bravo.

Argent Tempest was created by Sigma Seraph 13.

He has recently taken up cooking, and apparently has a talent for it.

He's also trying to learn more about human behavior in general, which he really doesn't understand. The huge interest in recreational sexual activity, in particular, mystifies him.

Tempest's main goals are to improve his combat abilities through testing himself against tough opponents, and to destroy all institutions which could possibly have created him.
