History:
Constance Fergerson had wanted to be married as long as she could remember. During the course of her life she had attended over 100 weddings. The last few years she had been the bridesmaid in or preformed at all the weddings of her friends and relatives.Although she was starting to believe that old wife's tale of "Always a bridesmaid,never a bride."
Constance feared that she would die a spinster or worse yet a cat lady like her cousin Rachel. Then one day it happeded. She met an older man at her sister's wedding although she had personally done the guest list and did not remember inviting a Mr.Sean O'Brien. Nevertheless he was a strong ruggedly handsome sort and she was not about to send him away.
Sean was enraptured by her voice just like everyone else and they soon began to see each other. A whirlwind romance followed and soon they were marching down the aisle. Tragedy struck the day of their wedding just as they were about to exchange vows. It seems that Sean was an agent of an organazation known as S.C.O.R.P.I.O. He had made alot of enemies over the years and they choose the day of his wedding to catch him unaware.
Sean was brutally slain at the alter and Constance was left crying,her tears mixing with the blood of her beloved. She quickly spiraled into depression and was hospitalized for her own good.
Time passed and she refused to eat or talk the only thing she would do was sing. Her songs were tragic and she had to be put into a ward by herself. So great was the sorrow in her voice. Then one year to the exact day of the anniversary of her wedding,Constance Fergerson passed away.
She soon manifested at her grave as a banshee;a tormented spirit.
It wasnt long after that she began appearing around the city. Haunting the places her and Sean had visited during their short life together. Fearing that his city would soon turn into Croatoa,the mayor of Galaxy called for professional help. Danielle St.Clair arrived with members of her 'ghostbusting squad' and had soon tracked the spirit back to her gravesite. An epic battle ensued with Danielle and her cohorts eventually coming out on top. She was about to banish the sorrowful ghost when she saw the name on the tombstone. Not only did she sense a kindered soul but kinship as well. She began speaking to Constance and soon reached through the spirit's anguish to the woman beneath.

- Wrist Comm Unit:
- The SCORPIO wrist communications unit is an interesting technology developed by Singer Defense Systems for SCORPIO Agents. It is in essence a highly advanced computer capable of tracking mission data, interfacing with satellite scans and collected intelligence, providing a communications interface.
- Unit acts as a basic datapad, able to store and retrieve data from robotic systems/androids/etc., the SCORPIO database, other computers (via a direct link or wireless transceiver), comm signals, and standard datacards.
- Head-Up Display (HUD):
- A transparent display that presents data without obstructing the user's view. Originally developed for military aviation.
- Visual capabilities of the unit are taxing on the power cell and need to be replaced after a month normal usage.
- Areas with strong electromagnetic interference render the unit's radar useless while the communications become unstable.
- Anti-Gravity Harness:
- Standard issue SCORPIO device located within the lining of Agents' 'stealth' harness and belt.
- Can be used on 'low' for greater jumping in combat, 'medium' for a sort of 'super' jump, and 'high' for flight. Follows directional touch control commands located in the palm of Agents' gloves.
- MediPort Beacon
- Monitors vital signs in the wearer and prompts a teleport to the nearest hospital in case of an emergency. Can also be activated manually.
- SCORPIO uniform:
- 8-ply kevlar panels (able to withstand ballistic impact up to .45 caliber bullets)
- "Atlex 5" a fire-resistant material that withstand temperatures of up to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.
