The Siren Chorus and Symphony Labs will always be at odds. The mysterious event that drove a wedge between their respective leaders has to lead all-out conflict between their creations, and neither side is planning on backing down anytime soon.

But, Kimberly Williams (A Siren Chorus Blank Silhouette) and Laika Volkova (A Symphony Labs Opus Nocturne) have formed a bond that doesn't always lead to direct physical conflict. Because of their penchant for working together, both organizations have agreed to a partial truce in times of need. Though the Labs and Chorus are different, they both require protection from greedy Arachnos politicians and fanatical Longbow operatives. When both organizations find common ground, they call upon the Orchestral Alliance to deal with the issue.

A special charter to act together and offer aid, Kimberly Williams and Laika Volkova were given special uniforms designed by both organizations to be worn when a truce is called.

Although Kimberly Williams and Laika Volkova are the chief agents of the alliance, they are often joined by adjunct temporary members in the form of Blanks or other Opuses. Blanks are team players, but Opuses don't approve of working with anything below a Silhouette -- and even that's sketchy. Blanks rarely return from the Alliance in one piece.

So far, the success of the Orchestral Alliance has been so great, tensions between the two groups have simmered, if only slightly. It never takes much of an incident to throw the villainous enclaves back into conflict.
