Cesium Kineticist is a hero created as a testament to people who have big secrets and fear the worst. He shows that sometimes a secret may not be as a bad as one thinks. As time goes on, he will become more willing to share his secret to the world.

On the outside, he is caring and compassionate to his duties as a hero. However, his secret torments him innerly. He fears no one would accept him if they knew.
Powers
Primary Set: Kinetics
The experimentation on him has allow him to absorb kinetic energies of his targets and convert them to whatever he needs at the time. At his level, he could only convert energy into health.
Secondary Set: Radiation Blast
The experimentation has left him with radioactive material filled organs. He has started using that material in concentrated blasts against his targets. Soon, he will come to realize that these organs also produce the radioactive material thus replenishing his supply.
Additional Powers
Travel: Jumping
Part of experimentation on him was to increase the jumping ability of his legs to supernatural levels. He will train his legs to perform large leaps across the terrain.
Power Pool: Fitness
Spending his recluse years weightlifting and endurance training have helped him built up a body to help with is jumping abilities and to replenish his health and endurance at a faster rate.
Abilities
Cesium Kineticist doesn't seem to have abilities outside of his powers.
Weaknesses and Limitations
The big weakness he has is fear that his secret will come out. He will do whatever it takes to make sure it never happens. Also, his age makes him an "easier" target for villain groups.
Equipment
Cesium Kineticist doesn't need equipment since his body is all the equipment he needs.
Character History
When Daniel was young, he had a feeling that he was special. However, he doesn't want anyone to know about it. This secret has bothered him to a point that he needed advice. So, he went to a mysterious doctor hoping to get that advice. However, the doctor experimented on Daniel with kinetic altering drugs and organ packets of radioactive material. As soon the doctor was finishing up on Daniel, Daniel escaped. For the next few years, Daniel lived a recluse life training his body as his only "method of living". This continued until the Martial Starstriker (Mark Schneider) came into his life.

Martial Starstriker is a fictional hero made up by the author to flesh out the backstory. He is not created in game since he needs to have a security level to be in the thirties by the time Cesium Kineticist enters the scene.
