Chance Madison

This article about a character is a stub -- a small, but growing, work in progress. If you're the creator of this character, why not consider expanding it?
"Useless Degenerate that thinks he's a criminal mastermind."
Chance Madison is an 18 Thugs / Traps [1], of the Mutation origin. Played and created by treacherous snake Vinnie Frizzle.
A bit of a smug snake, Dale T. Madison thinks he's got it all figured out. He thinks he's a criminal mastermind. Thinks he's a genius. In actuality he's just a petty thug surrounded by petty thugs, only using his powerful mutation to influence luck and probability in his favor. Unfortunately, this has a tendency to backfire. Right in his smug face.

Vinnie Frizzle Not a fan of each other. Chance is "too lucky" to "exploit, frame, or kill." Vinnie tends to be too untrusting(makes sense to not trust anyone if no one trusts you) to be useful.
Ali Mu'Sarat Aquaintance through Vinnie Frizzle. They seem to get along, though sometimes Chance likes trying to make Ali's powers backfire. They usually effect them both.
Rogue Islands Protector In a strange turn of events, Chance has become a Columnist for the largest Newspaper in the Isles.
Personality
A cocky "cowboy." Seems to like living his life at the seat of his pants, using his powers to make him look like he planned it. He doesn't seem all too bright, but in truth he may very well be a lot brighter than he seems. Doesn't make him any less arrogant or smug when things go his way. Oddly, he seems to have no sense of Mercy, and has been known to execute hostages and captives at a whim. He has no regard for human life other than his own gang. He seems to be genuinely evil.
Powers
Probability/Luck Control: For lack of a better explanation, Chance has the ability to influence luck and probability, often with spectacular and improbable results. It has a large chance of backfiring against his favor, however. This chance to backfire causes Chance to actually NOT risk planning anything too far, as the more thought he puts into it, the more chance it has to backfire. This leaves him leading his life essentially by the seat of his pants, using his powers to influence things into his favor.
Teleportation: Following exposure to mutagenic chemicals, Chance attempted to focus his luck powers to influence a useful secondary mutation. He was successful and is now able to dabble in intra-dimensional teleportation. However, like his Primary mutation, it has a chance to backfire and put him in some... Unusual places.
