Coppertop holds a special place in my heart because he is the very first character I ever made. I started playing the last day of Beta and he was there for the Rikti invasion. I've always had a thing about electrical powers so when I was reading information about the upcoming game with a friend I of course wanted an Electric/Electric Blaster. During the discussion I thought it would be funny if I made him look like a Duracell battery named Coppertop. So in Beta that is what I did. The result is the exact same Uniform I use today minus the cape. I was so impressed with his look I kept the concept for live. Coppertop is also the only one of my characters that is just a pure hero. It's what he does. No alterior motives. No dark past. Unless you count The Inquizitor...

Personality
On the surface Coppertop is your average nerdy smart guy. He just has superpowers and can kick butt. More to come.
Powers
Coppertop obtained his powers through a freak lab experiment gone wrong. While working on a new machine designed to strengthen the War Walls, the University came under attack by the Rikti. During the raid the machine began to overload, threatening the entire building and its occupants. Peter valiantly braved the danger and contained the machine but in the process trapped himself in with it. When it exploded every unprotected part of his body turned a copper color and he gained the ability to boost and manipulate his own electrical impulses.
Electircal Manipulation
This power takes many different forms. Utilizing his own body's electrical impulses or any electrical source nearby he can attack, stun, and entrap any enemy he may come across. The limit of his power has never been reliably tested.
Flight
The use of his powers alters the fields around his body which causes him to fly. While he can turn it on at will he cannot turn it off when using his powers. As a result he tends to fly around a combat zone.
