"Cry Havoc, and let slip the Dogs of War!"

Martin Reece is the Chief Executive of Paragon Atomic Systems, the company which runs the contract to operate and defend Terra Volta. While Martin appreciates the money spent on Hero Corps and the volunteer work of the city's hero population, he quickly came to apply his philosophy of "Get involved at every level" to the villain problem facing his company.

Developing a Power Armor that was intended for use within the reactor core to cool and contain it during regular maintenance or while fixing faults, Martin decided that the best test would be using the suit for some heroic pursuits. And if those heroic stunts just happened to expose the nefarious activities of business rival Crey Industries, well.. that's all to the good, isn't it?

Equipment: Power Armor

Bragging about his suit goes here. Martin's suit has been highly customised from his initial designs to allow all sorts of helpful enhancements. The Cryo Projection unit which allows him to freeze enemies in their tracks, create vast ice slicks and even deploy his remote snow-bot is still the main focus of the suit. However, the force field engine has had a huge overhaul to enable it to stop direct energy blasts and ballistic projectiles.
