Team 64 I would like to offer my congratulations. We have successfully cloned an ice-specialist by the name of [censored]. The bio-liquid this clone will manufacture for us will be monumental to the corporation's success in many new fields. Currently She is in status unknowingly supplying us with enough fluid to freeze a city block. Her mutation seems to be fighting our status machine. In the even she wakes up please stay within the script given to you.

The "cryo-suit" she wears is for tracking and harvesting purposes. If you witness her taking it off or attempting to alter it in any way broadcast code 43J and present location.

They have decided that her "escapes" to the park are acceptable in light of the information she is gathering for us. Dr M will orchestrate these little excursions.

Remaining Team 64 We lost the location of 64j. The vast majority of the liquid was lost in the ensuing battle. Crey Facility 3264 B has been destroyed by freezing. Team 64 Subject 64j has been kidnapped from our secure location in Galaxy City. The Director has made the final decision to shut this project down, and I concur. It has been more then a pleasure working with all of you, I know the advancements we were able to make will benefit the Corporation as a whole.
Origin
Jen is a clone of a hero from the 1940's. Crey scientists took liberties with the DNA and tweaked it a little so she is not a perfect match. She was kept in a Cryogenic state for a decade before her mutation was able to adapt and overcome the machine shes nicknamed the icebox. Crey took steps to control her once she escaped this cruel prison but with the help of some very nice people she was able to see crey for what it really is.
Strengths
Jen is trully kind and has a lot of love in her little cold body. She always tries to see things from other peoples perspectives and tries not to judge.
Weakness
While markedly Niave shes learning about the world as quickly as possible but this still leads her down the wrong roads out of pure curiosity. Since her skin hovers into the negative range and plummets further if she is excited or upset shes only very rarely made actual direct contact with another person. This has left her with a voyeristic vew of certain aspects of physical human interaction. Recently through the use of magic someone was able to breach this barrier and its left her head spinning. Simpy put Jen has a hard time consuming enough food to keep her alive. The scientists had fed her introvenusly when she was in stasis but once she was out that posed a little bit of a problem. they developed a consumable form of anti-freeze that she would add to foods like soup and stew or milkshakes, along with powdered supliments and vitamins. This worked very well but the supply was soon running low once Jen was free of Creys grasp. With the help of some very smart people in Maggies Rock another versian of this anti-freeze was produced and Jen can still be found today dropping her little blue pills into her food.
Powers
basically anything someone could do with the power to manipulate temperature in their immediate vacinity. Shes been seen creating ice patches and laughing quietly as her foes slip and slide. Totally encasing a particularly troublesome enemy in ice is not beyond her abilities. Shes produced ice-storms just for fun and has lowered the temperature at the beach for her friends. On rare occasions shes even created an axe out of solid ice, and its no ordinary ice, her friend did some research and found that the ice she can create is so dense it can hit like steel. She doesn't just drop temperature by making atoms slow down a little in the case of liquids she can actually control the very structure of the element itself as it freezes, allowing her make something slightly harder. the also works in reverse on some materials making them brittle.
In the records that Crey kept in a facility in Skyway City, theres a schematic of a microchip they implanted into Jen. This chip serves a duel purpose the first is to tie her into the Medivac Health system in case she is hurt or her temperature rises to high. The other purpose is to track her location and vitals at all times so that the Scientists could gather data that would help them better harvest her blood for use in weapon systems. According to Crey the chip began to malfunction and through an unknown process Jen gained access to the Hospital Teleportation grid. In reality an unknown agent inside Crey reprogrammed the chip in an effort to get Jen out of the facility and into the hands of the authorites, he deactivated the tracking and vital monitoring and used this free memory to store a custom bit of coding. Once it was loaded he encrypted the chips access to make it look like it had malfunctioned. Crey was unable to implat another chip before jen escaped. the identity of this agent has never been uncovored.
