Like my profile @Auspice you should not take this too seriously.

Hopefully he will at least be sort of awesome, though. Also, although he is 'taken' I haven't decided on which character he is actually uh, involved with. YET.

Backstory

DJ Blue was once a thug in an unknown gang named JC Gibson, in a world not too different from our own. Gibson was not the strongest or most skilled thug in the gang, but he made up for this with a devious wit.

JC knew well about how the contacts in their city worked - a group of heroes would talk to a contact, get a job to clear out a gang hideout, then return to the contact to get some new jobs. Gibson discovered a way to cheat the system - he would find out when a mission would come, then he would hide inside a wall. When the heroes would come, they could not defeat all the gang members, and thus they wouldn't be able to get any new jobs from their contact! He had truly done it - thwarted the heroes, once and for all.

But this was not to be. From out of nowhere, came a police drone named GM_Gabriel. It mockingly teleported JC to the heroes, who pummelled him into submission and arrested him. But this would not be the end of the story for JC Gibson. His exposure to the police drone had changed him... he was now 1/10000th of the power of a police drone!

He easily escaped from prison and travelled off to other dimensions with his newfound powers and easily conquered numerous worlds - any that lacked police drones, he conquered and controlled.

He came to our world - the world of the City of Heroes, and he found police drones. He knew that with help, he could eventually defeat them. So he created a gang, with 1/10000th of his power. Unfortunately, this power was incredibly weak, and thus he created the Hellions. They failed to make any sort of dent in either Paragon or the Isles, and lowly heroes and villains would farm them for their Luck Charms.

He pondered his next course of action. He decided to infiltrate the popular radio station, The Cape Radio. His natural charisma ensured them that his intentions were pure, and he went on to further his dastardly scheme... to conquer the police drones... and then, THE WORLD!

Critical Hits

Critical Hits is The Cape Radio's game information show. DJ-Blue runs a talk show where he discusses gaming culture, CoX info and lore, and reviews other games. He also plays jamming game and anime music... and occasionally some other imported stuff too. Tune in on Sundays, 9 PST/12 EST!

Powers

After being given powers from the police drone, DJ-Blue gained the ability to turn people into unstoppable killing machines with just a choice few words of advice. He has other powers, too. He is just that awesome.

Binds

This is actually more for someone else's benefit than my own. In these binds I separate my thugs into 2 basic elements. They are the attack element (Thug 1, Arsonist, Bruiser) and the defense element (Enforcers, Thug 2). The enforcers, while they are very high damage, are also the core of thugs defense and I want them alive as much as possible.

I need a bind for just the defense element to go into BG. [ /bind numpad5 petcom_name o follow defensive ]

I need a bind for just the attack element to attack. [ /bind numpad7 petcom_name s attack ]

I need a bind for just the attack element to go into aggressive. [ /bind numpad4 petcom_name s aggressive ]

I need a bind for all my pets to go into BG. [ /bind numpad8 petcom_all follow defensive ]

I need a bind to make my defense element move so I can line up cones. [ /bind numpad6 petcom_name o goto ]

I need a bind to make my attack element move so I can march them into battle. [ /bind numpad9 petcom_name s goto ]

Then stuff I don't need - make my pets all passive, in case I need them for something special. [ /bind numpad2 petcom_all follow passive ]

Stuff I don't need - make my one defensive thug attack. This is only for pulling. [ /bind numpad1 petcom_name fool attack ]

Now I have a second option that is harder. I can group the 2 thugs, 2 enforcers, and bruiser/arsonist. The problem is less BG overall, so I don't like that idea. Adding just 1 pet from 2 to 3 brings me from 50% to 60% reduction which is a lot.
