Del'phina Merfolk

Tribal nomads range from under the Polar Ice and the Siberian Sea down to the tundra. Far from other Mer and modern humans they often travel to the surface and can have even lived there. Each tribe has a Totem but many individuals have their own. They were once part of the larger Mer community but have been long separated they have lost much of their culture. Due to their isolation they have been known to travel the surface in the far north and tundra. They have are nearly immune to the cold.
