The Good Doctor’s Cover Story
A noted research fellow and physician, Dr. Xaihe’s work with metabiology has produced some remarkable revelations and world wide acclaim [bringing with it some unwanted attention from Crey Industries.]
As is the want of brilliant doctor’s in the world’s most ‘unusual’ city, she is often found roaming the streets of Paragon looking to assist heroes in their varied endeavors as a good citizen. [Of note: She by all rights (and scans) seemly a straight forward human, yet possesses an unnatural knack for first aid and field surgery.]
Her current employer is a small biogenetics research outfit named Northstar Bio Corps, located in the midtown Steel Canyon area. Her work has been very profitable to this small upstart according to varied trade journals and blogs.
She has an otherwise bland personal history as is available on the net.
Personality Notes
First and foremost, Dr. Xaihe is entirely dedicated to her charges.
Professional and of a strangely military calibre, she is a veteran combat medic and is well sought for her services in such ‘peculiar’ operations. Her employer, Northstar Bio, reluctantly allows her to do this sort of highly dangerous freelance work because of the many benefits already accrued by her field research regarding genetics alteration, and recombinant biology.
In this, she is INTENSELY curious with regard to all metas, but she is currently interested in exotic ((mutant)) biology, and filial lineages. She tries hard not to be rude, but often finds herself in uncomfortable situations due to her passion for the subject.
Like all good scientists, she is rather obsessive about recording her findings, often seen making observations of metas on her ubiquitous light tablet. Oddly or from her own mania, she declines to use digital video recordings (many metas shy from this she will say obliquely), but chooses rather to sketch and scribble, not unlike some sort of quaint old school court reporter.
As is not uncommon with academic types, Dr. Xaihe is rather socially awkward when out of her own element (research, the lab, and oddly the heat of combat.) Certainly not possessed of any innocent school girl manner, yet she tends to withdraw in situations where she is directly accosted or engaged.

How to explain it?
There are certain sentients, err..people in Paragon who MUST do specific things. Unfortunately, although they don’t know it, the deck has been stacked against them by various agents of the Rikti. Through no fault of my own I am present to help them in all the ways that my skills may allow.
And the USS Warden?
