You see a lovely woman. Just something about her screams "mysterious" with a hint of "danger". You feel drawn to her - want to get to know, touch, smell, maybe even taste - if she lets you. She wears a lovely inviting smile that hints at a mischievous "darker" nature, a giggle, & twinkle in her ice-blue eyes to match. Incredibly beautiful & highly intelligent, knowledgeable on several different subjects of interest. A regular social butterfly & a lovely companion on any man's arm. There seem to be no imperfections that mar her fair beauty which only seems rivaled by the "Fae" themselves.

Early Childhood, Fugitives on the Run
Nehvan was born in Paragon City but her parents decided to move to the Rogue Isles instead. Something apparently about Paragon just couldn't keep them there, despite it was safer, cleaner, among other things. Some speculate it was possibly because they were on the run from someone and there was no way for them to live happy normal lives - so they fled. Nehvan's mother disappeared not too long after she was at the age where she no longer needed to breast feed. From then on her father raised her alone, sometimes at a complete loss of how to be a good parent for her. He did his best and Nehvan appreciated every day with him. Unfortunately that all came to an unhappy end when her father never returned home one evening when she was 13. Rather than be put into foster care she ran and decided to take her own life into her hands. If she couldn't protect herself - no one could. She needed to get stronger, she was going to learn how on the mean streets. After sometime of surviving on the streets - she managed to get cleaned up, her own place and got involved in 'Exotic Dancing' which paid for everything she required nicely. Eventually she managed to get some training from a retired Geisha which helped her to not relie on the Exotic Dancing as much, but she still falls back on it occasionally. Over the years she has also come to pick up Fan, Sword, and Belly-dancing most of which were largely self taught. Nehvan for the large part is unaware of just what her bloodline heritage is made up of.
Inheritance
Nehvan is not wholly aware of her origins. She is aware she is far from human and can do some extraordinary things. The best way to describe her lineage is like this:
- Great-Great Grandmother, Siren + Grandfather who was human = 1/2 Siren/Human
- Great Grandmother, Siren-Human + Grandfather who was Kitsune = Siren-Human-Kitsune hybrid
- Grandmother, S/H/K Mix + Grandfather who was/is a Lust Demon = Siren-Human-Kitsune-Lust Demon hybrid
- Mother, S/H/K/LD Mix + Father who is/was Human but a mutant = Siren-Human-Kitsune-Lust Demon-Mutant hybrid
In a nutshell, she's just a mutt of otherworldly proportions.
*Note: Player is open to anyone wanting to pose as her family provided it has been discussed IG wise with said player and agreed upon. Also knowledge of her origins IS subject to change at any given time depending ICly wise what players do to inform Ms. Nehvan of them.
*Note 2: Nehvan can change outfits on a whim, but often tries to hide her other abilities so people will purposefully underestimate her. If you see anything she says is "Airbrush" it looks like it but it also looks incredibly REAL, because it is her Kitsune Powers manifesting to a degree. Other parts of her heritage also bring out or enhance certain aspects of her character, personality, and physical being.
Found Business Card, Handed-to
The business card you find or are handed reads, "Lady Syren - Singer, Fan-Fire-Belly-Exotic Dancer, Sexy Security-Bodyguard, Escort, Americanized-Geisha/Hostess. Rates will vary. Will not discriminate."
- For Potential Clients: Ms. V-M-Bellisario has 'certain' standards that all clients must meet. She reserves the RIGHT to refuse service to anyone without just cause or reason. She also reserves the right to "Cancel" any said arrangements in favor of a "Rain Check" if it is required due to an emergency or otherwise.
- Contracts: Before Ms. V-M-Bellisario engages in any agreements with said clients they must first provide 'Proof' of their income or at least pay her half of her 'fee' upfront and the other half later. Also a contract will be drawn up between the two parties before anything more is said or done. Anything not specified in the contract that Ms. V-M-Bellisario herself did not agree to or feel comfortable with doing in the beginning will NOT be negotiable later.
- Health Warning: Anyone who TRIES to "overstep" their bounds with Ms. V-M-Bellisario will NOT meet a pleasant fate or at least will remember NOT to do so again in the future and will be permanently BANNED from her services if anything not within the specified contract between the Client and Herself is performed, said or done.
Personality
Nehvan tends to be rather sweet, polite, kind and well mannered to all she meets - so long as they treat her in kind. Should they not - than they shall feel the sharp sting of her "wit" and tongue. She seems rather knowledgeable on many subjects, outgoing, the life of any party she goes to if she desires to engage others in conversation. She is very much a woman who GETS what she wants when she has her eyes on the prize. If she's denied that which she desires, she will fight fiercely to get it.
