Fatal Exception, the code name for a Syndicate funded super cyborg project to help them take the fight to Cole's Loyalists. Combining both the latest nanotechnology and biomechanical engineering, Syndicate scientists were able to convert a man into what is essentially a murder machine.
Regrettably for them, Fatal Exception retained some of it's memories from when he was still human. He doesn't quite remember who he was, but he does remember his abduction, sacrifice and subsequent resurrection as a bio weapon. He also remembers the faces of those that did this to him.
Fail safes to ensure the Syndicate retained complete control over Fatal Exception's personality weren't quite sophisticated enough and in time, Fatal broke them by hacking in the background. On an assassination mission designed to bolster a Syndicate leader's wealth, Fatal Exception went rogue.
He currently works loosely with the Resistance.
