Affiliations
While trying to find out the truth about her past Felicia got taken in to the ASPCA by Miss Mephit after wandering all alone in the Paragon city Felicia has been a loyal member of the ASPCA ever sinds.
Origin
Felicia's Origins are quite unknown her family moved to Paragon city while she was still a little kitten.
Meeting felicia
Felicia Was born in a caring and loving family lots of aunts and uncles that used to visit. Felicia's dad seemed quite a wealthy bussniss man this meant that unlike manny others kids growing up Felicia never had a sortage of anything material possessions. although one in particulare was special a small pendent with a picture of her father and mother holding Felicia back when she was a little cub. you see Felicia's mom died early because of an accedent in trafic and as you can understand being a wealth bussniss man Felicia's dad hardly had time for her, and so Felicia got taken care of by a loving and sweet woman.
A new start
When Felicia was about 14 years of age her father seemed to have been a withnes of a crime, and he was asked to take the stand against a high ranking crey official. after witnessing against this criminal Felicia and her father got taken into the withness protection program, as part of this they where given new identities and where relocated to paragon city, there everything changed.
Trouble ahead
you would think being an importaint bussnis man Felicia's father would be able to hold a decent job, but the truth is he din't seem particuly good in those kind of jobs and thus he was fired from one job to the other, the little support they got from the goverment for the help of putting a very dangerious man behind bars wasnt acctualy cutting it ether, and to make things worse they where discriminated on by about every resedent of the district they lived in.
Old jobs - old aquantances
after a year or two Felicia's father went out early to a job interview he told Felicia it was his old company opening a new office in a nearby district. soon things looked sunny a bit again, Felicia's father was earning stable and good money again. to celebrate his succes Felicia's father decided it was time for a treat and took his doughter out to spend some time with her. when they got back after an almost perfect day the door to there house was smashed in. Felicia's father pushed Felicia behind him telling her to stay put after that he drew what apeared to be a gun from a holster from under his bussnis suit slowly sneaked into the house. a few minutes that felt like hours later Felicia heared a Voice say: "Jack comeon put that thing away you not gona shoot an old friend right." Felicia reconized the voice although she dint hear it for years, it was the voice of Uncle Frank (also know as Frank "Itchy Fingers" Mortangelo)
The confrontation
slowly peaking around the corner Felicia could see the shades of the two men against the a wall in the living room. Jack (Felicia's father) who was prepaired for everything except this was cought quite of gaurd trying to soften up to Frank a bit he replyed, "ofcourse not Frank your family, where have you been?" Frank: "Jack cut the chase you know why i have come, now where is it?". Jack: "I have no idea what you are talking about Frank". Frank replies raising his voice near the end: "Jack baby you know about my condition NOW WHERE IS IT" looking in Felicia see one of the shade figures walking towards the other in an intimidating way. "Now Jack" Frank growls at Jack "where is it" Jack replies aggetated a bit "I dont know". a few moments later Frank sayed: "Then let me refresh your memory" a gunshot was heard, on of the shadowy figure belonging to Jack fell to the floor screaming Felicia terrefied as ahe was couldnt help her self from keeping watching. "Silence frank shouted at Jack" somehow it seemed to work a Jack stopped screaming "again i repeat where is it" Frank says now with a more calm voice. Jack fearing for his life and gave in "Felicia has it" he shouts in another cry of pain after. "I Told you to be silent Jack" grins Frank after another gunshot was heared. jacks shadowy figure was no longer moving. Felicia was stunned by fear and the terrible events she just withnessed. Frank however wasnt stunned at all, and started talking in the room "Felicia i know your out there and you got something I want that makes you next on my list, now come out like a good girl and i will see to it you wont get hurt" Felicia however dint acctualy like the idea of walking in and ran towards the nearest police station. unfortunalty Frank was following her close by he dint seem to care much for his niece and started shooting at her luckaly for Felicia he wasnt to good at running and shooting at the same time. after 4 blocks They arived at the police station Frank actualy dint follow across the road but disapeared in a dark ally, Felicia not looking back ran across fearing for her life, busted up from running and being fired at she triped over the sidewalk. falling down pretty hard right infront of the police stations door. the fall actualy broke Felicia's pendent and a small bottle of liquid that was contaned in it that Felicia upto this day still has no clue about. Passing out Felicia was brought to the hospital, where the broken pieces of glass where removed from her chest strangly enough docters dint know what was in the small bottle and found no no evidence anything even had been in the bottle docters and police figured it wasnt importaint. after a few days in the hospital Felicia was brought to a child house and was put up for adoption.
Growing up?
after been adoped a few years Felicia started developing certain healing powers docters couldnt figure out what or where they came from. at the age of 20 Felicia grew wings and at the age of 27 she seemed to be fully grown and stopped ageing. while wandering around the city looking clues for about her past Felicia ran into Miss Mephit who offered Felicia a place to call home and the help she needed so hard to uncover what had realy happend all those years ago.....
