History
As the only remaining full-blooded black dragon female, Fiona Shadowdrakk was to be used to revive her clan in a manner not unlike an ant queen.
At age 15, Fiona and her long-time friend and lover, Marlo Bonetail, had a child whom they named Nakta Shadowdrakk. They kept their child a secret, in hopes of running away together.
Fiona later learned of the plans to revive the clan when she was sixteen, just before the rituals were to commence. With Marlo's help, Fiona escaped and fled to Arachnos, who accepted her with open arms. Shortly after joining Arachnos, word came that Marlo was killed as punishment for helping her escape.
The news of Marlo's death sent Fiona, who by that time was known as Felscale, into a rage! She immediately returned to her clan's ancestral home, killed the rest of her people, and retrieved her lover's remains for proper burial.
Felscale has secretly broken off from Arachnos, deciding that Marlo would have wanted her to do what *she* wanted, not blindly follow Lord Recluse. She continues to follow the orders she is given, but does so in a way that furthers her own plan...
Personality
Felscale is very distant and distrusting of others. She cannot stand being hit on, and has been known to seriously injure people who insist on doing so. Despite these things, Felscale is usually quite polite, and will go out of her way to not insult people who may accidentally aggravate her.
Powers
Like all black dragons, Felscale has power over darkness, though her 'branch' of darkness pertains to death and the command, as well as defiance, thereof.
Necromancy is Felscale's specialty, she can drain the very life from her foes, leaving a cold, lifeless husk which is then raised as a new addition to her army of the undead.
Transformation
Felscale can change between four different forms at will.
Dragon Form
This is Felscale's natural form. Her abilities are somewhat restrained in this form. Using this form for extended periods does not cause Felscale any stress.
Berserk Form
In this form, Felscale's power is at its highest. This form is used only in an emergency, as it causes severe strain on Felscale's mind and body.
Death Form
Felscale uses this form when her full power is not needed, as it drastically reduces her magical strength. This form is intended to strike fear into foes, and is very effective when used at the right time and place.
Human Form
Felscale sometimes needs to get somewhere unnoticed, and uses this form for those occasions. This form completely masks Felscale's magic, letting her blend in (relatively) well with the humans of the Rogue Isles.
Magic Shop
Being a villain, Felscale often comes across artifacts of varying levels of magical power. She's opened "The Reaper's Repository", a small occult shop in Port Oakes, to sell off some of the less powerful items she finds. She uses her 'pet' zombies to do the physical labor, and has her daughter, Nakta, take care of the customers while she's off 'acquiring' more merchandise.
