Fuchsia the Blind is a Peacebringer who was born completely blind. She greatly admires the heroes of Paragon City and longed to become one during her childhood, but her physical handicap and lack of special abilities made this dream seem impossible. It wasn't until she was visited by a Kheldian, who believed that Felicia's enhanced senses could give her an advantage over people with normal sight, that this dream finally had the chance to come true. Felicia fused with the Kheldian, allowing her to harness the powers of a Peacebringer as well as the unique ability to use her energy and the energies of others to sense everything around her.
