Gage Endal is the primary character of @Endal and is one of the favorites for Player VS Player combat. While not the first character created, this was one of the basis characters for @Endal throught his time playing City of Heroes.

Personality
Gage is generally stern and calm in his demeanor, he will always help a fellow hero in need. His general disposition is that of a teacher and his plan is to improve the quality of heroes that the Untied States has to look forward to in the future.

Powers
Gage's abilities stem from a genetic research experiment in the 70s that resulted in over 40 incredibly powerful psychics. While Gage was never a powerful telepath, his telekinetic abilities were beyond the expectations of any of his fellows at the UHoA. His telekinetic powers can also be used to manifest powerful kinetic energy around his body that can propel him through the air or can be focused into a single punch that can devastate his foes. He is also able to create a shield of energy around himself that will protect him for almost any attack.
Telekinesis
Gage's Telekinesis stems from his strange birth, it is one of the more powerful acts that he has and can pinpoint the damage to a specific location in his target's psyche, causing incredible damage.
Energy Manipulation
Telekinetic power envelops Gage at all times allowing him to shield himself from attacks and also to smash into his foes physically and cause serious damage. He is an accomplished boxer and has fought on the military circuit for several years as a teenager, always fighting one belt above his weight.
Kinetic Shields
The strength of Gage's shields depends on the focus that he puts into them. He is almost always covered in a simple shield that will repel most forces off of his body, but he can also focus to create a localized shield that will deflect attacks of all magnitude, unfortunately he can not attack while he is this focused.
Character History
Born in 1971, Gage was born into the UHoA's psychic development program. Designed to bring highly tuned psychics into he world genetically, the program yielded over 40 highly gifted psychics who could manipulate matter and thoughts as easily as most people can ride a bicycle.
Gage progressed through the field as a psychic, and although he is not the most powerful, he quickly rose through the ranks of the UHoA as a field agent and finally reached the rank of Chief. Along with his son, Jorin, Gage has brought the UHoA public and has kept all of the covenants of the organization true even after their exposure with the invasion of the Rikti hordes
