Concept
ConceptGalvanized Gal was created after spending about four hours going through multiple concepts utilizing Staff Fighting. Finally settling on a tech based Staff Fighter, the concept then evolved into the idea that her secondary power, that of Electric Armor, was due to an enigmatic, unknown, and intangible benefactor with a task. After that, she evolved further, in that her real power was her superior intellect. Thus, Galvanized Gal was born. A Staff Fighting/Electric Armor Technology Scrapper who was really just a genius young girl given a heavy responsibility.
Background
Background[Before The Entity]
Born to a well-to-do family, she was raised by her father soon after, her mother having had ran off with another man only months into her life. It didn't take long for her father to realize Sally was something special. Learning how to walk, talk, read and write, years before what is normal for an average child. Unfortunately, her rapid growth in intelligence left her socially stunted and bereft with certain physical ailments that most her age were able to grow out of by the age of four.
Due to these issues, her father took Sally out of the public educational system and set her up with an expensive private tutor, essentially homeschooling her. She advanced in the grades at such a rapid pace, she received her diploma at ten, and graduated from MIT with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the age of thirteen. With a diploma and degree under her belt before her peers even got out of junior high, she was swiftly taken in by her father and the tech firm he helped head, putting her to work devising experimental energy harnessing devices to sell to military contractors and super hero groups.
Unfortunately, her father died when she was only fourteen, left an orphan and heir to her father's estate. Lost and unsure of where to go without the guidance of her father, upon her fifteenth birthday, she was visited by something so extraordinary, it would change her life forever.
[Meeting The Entity]
During her fifteenth birthday, while she celebrated alone, a strange occurrence took place. Her home filled with a blinding light, comforting warmth, and vibrations of other-worldly energy. A melodic voice flowed through the glow, reaching her ears as it spoke. It told her of a dire event that was to take place in the near future, one that could change the world from what it was to something unrecognizable. That she was selected by it, to receive a gift that would allow her to help prevent this potential future, and tasked with organizing a special group of extraordinary individuals to aide her in this endeavor. Unable to refuse, she accepted the gift and task, turning her back on her old life to become something more.
[After The Entity]
Only days after receiving the Entity's gift, she took it, along with her genius intellect, and the remaining funds of her inheritance and fashioned a special suit that would allow her to harness the resonating energy of the gift. Utilizing this energy, she linked it to a specially designed staff she dubbed the Tech-Glaive. Donning this suit, she registered herself as a new hero, taking on the alias Galvanized Gal, and set forth upon her task to create a super group to prepare and defend against the looming threat she still knew little about, and thus, The Vigilants was born.

Personality
PersonalitySally is an outgoing, enthusiastic, and cheerful girl with a sweet disposition. Though a nerd, geek, and/or dork, according to those who meet her, she shows humility, playing off her surprisingly vast intellect as though it's nothing. Having always had a love for comic books and the super heroes they depicted, she holds within her mind and heart the ideals of a true hero. One who desires to protect the innocent, seek out justice against evil and wrongdoing, and uphold the laws of the land. She believes herself a role model, and thus strives to present herself as a beacon of morality and humility to her peers and those younger than her, refusing to partake of alcohol, drugs, and other deviant, addictive, or destructive habits and activities.

After designing the Tech-Glaive, she spent an entire year rigorously training in the ways of it's usage in combat. Due to her intelligence and ability to learn rapidly, she was able to rise to near master level in staff fighting in little less than a year.

Utilizing the Resonating Energy Harness and the Galvanized Power Suit, Sally is capable of surrounding her self with electricity to both protect herself and harm those around her.

Utilizing the Resonating Energy Harness and the rocket boots built into her Galvanized Power Suit, Sally is able to take flight at top speeds.
[Superior Intellect]
Sally was born a natural genius, her mind capable of processing, storing, and understanding information at an extremely rapid pace. What would take years for most humans, she can learn in months. Her mind is a store of encyclopedic knowledge on a wide range of topics, including technology, history, science, and other more mundane and esoteric subjects.

Sally received a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering at the age of thirteen from MIT. She has a keen knack for anything dealing with energy, power, and especially electricity, taking much of her inspiration in the field from the genius inventor Nikola Tesla.
She is skilled in the creation of powered suits, energy sources, and electrical discharging weaponry.

Sally also studied Mechanical Engineering extensively. Though she did not acquire a degree in the field, she is considered proficient. She has knowledge of mechanical devices, engines, robotics, and motorization.
