The Couragous Guardian Star is a mutant Hero of the City that associates with the Templars of the Abbey recently a member. He is becoming a respected hero, who works closely with Local and State Law Enforcement as well as Longbow. He is becoming known amongst the hero community as a rising star and a fierce protector of the innocent.

History
Born and raised in the suburbs of New Jersey. Excelling at sports and possessing somewhat normal to average grades Bill kept his 'shame' of being a mutant hidden since the age of 11. Unwilling to admit to what he was he tried to lead a normal life. Graduating High school he attended Rutger university in NJ keeping up his grades to maintain his football scholarship.
Following the family disaster of his childhood friend Kara Reynolds he applied to Paragon University to follow her example of using his powers for betterment of all of Humanity and registering his powers with the Corps.
Working extensively now with her and the PPD, he has chosen the name Guardian Star and joined the ranks of Paragon's Heroes.
Powers
Radiation Emission
His mutant ability has allowed Bill to generate fields of radiation. He is able to wield them in an incredible array of blasts varying in magnitude and power. Able to produce a full salvo of up to 3 shots in a matter of mere seconds, shots that cover single targets as well as irradiate and weaken several oppenents.
Force Fields
Bill is also able to generate a massive amount of emergy that he can manipulate into a series of energy force fields of a protective nature. Such an extension of his field abilities allows him to create new massive protective blisters of energy. This allows Guardian Star to create protective 'bubbles' around allies as well as a massive dome of protective energy covering a large area centered on himself. He has begun to experiment with increasing his repulsion and containment capabilites as well as attempting to use these fields to be utilized in a nonlethal ranged effect.
Shifting and controling the fields he is able to negate gravity and has mastered the ability to allow her the gift of flight.

Bill is currently a member of the Templars of the Abbey.
Friends and Allies
Bill can call on several allies in the Templars and their Coalition. Though for now he is closest with Kara Reynolds-Dengo though having dated her once in high school, they remain close friends. He is currently dating Patti Goldman a consultant working with the PPD.
Enemies
Bill is collecting a reputation amongst most of the gangs on the Streets of Paragon, but thus far has made no major enemies
