Met through one of Wild Time's brokers, this man was shoved into a Longbow prison in Nerva and given the apt title of 4797. He stuck with the number, using it as a way to identify himself without arousing any suspicion, despite it seeming easy to look up in records. However, all records of the Pane Correctional Facility that he was thrown in were burnt to a crisp, securing an identity for this strange redheaded man.

He's not particularly tall or strong and possesses no superpower of any sort, but he is a contact useful to the United Underworld.
