Electric Armor
Deep in the jungles of Praetoria, Neuron discovered the remnants of a vast meteor. The last remaining piece glowed an unearthly green - It's radioactivity was off the charts. Taking it back to his labs in Neutropolis, the mad scientist discovered that the extraterrestrial rock contained a semblance of sentience! Imbuing the genetic code of the meteor sample into one of the Powers Divisions' best soldiers, Neuron created a new super soldier! Codenamed: Iron Fallout, this soldier possessed offensive and defensive radioactive powers! Unfortunately, the alien DNA poisoned its host's mind. The transformed soldier went insane and became a living engine of destruction!

Radiation Melee
Radiation Attacks: By focusing the radiation within his body, Iron Fallout can generate devastating offensive attacks. He can even form simple weapons out of irradiated metal and earth.
Electric Armor
Irradiated Electric Armor: Iron Fallout's body has been irradiated by Neuron's experiments. The electricity that constantly courses through his body not only protects him from harm, but also allows him normalize his synaptic relays. Still, the Shivan entity continues to eat away at its host's mind. It takes all of Iron Fallout's will to maintain his sanity and control.
