When Praetor Berry first approached me with his meteorite research, I was less than impressed. If my Praetors had been able to harness the power of the Shivan entity before it's death...That would have been an accomplishment. But a dead planet killer? Barely worth my time.

Nevertheless, his research into a super soldier program held promise. I even gave Berry one of my most loyal supporters. Of course, I wouldn't just let that fool experiment with someone so loyal as ...ERROR...ERROR...ERROR_ ...Praetor Tilman's Seers were invaluable in conditioning Berry's super soldier during the irradiation process. Unlike Praetor Berry, I had surmised that the Shivan entity would try to take control of the subject after being reanimated inside PROJECT:IRON FALLOUT.

As usual, my machinations proved to be profitable. Berry believes the program to be a failure. Of course, Iron Fallout remains loyal to me. I have decided to send him to Primal Earth as my Emissary. He will be the vanguard for my invasion. The sun never sets on Praetoria...Now it shall rise like a beacon of hope on Primal Earth.
