Next Generation Soldier gone rogue
Jetscream is a former solo act, however he joined Paragonian Knights roughly 18 months ago and quickly was moved into the Elite division. Since joining he's mentored more than a few young heroes while they assisted him in taking on the evil that plagues Paragon city daily.

Jetscream's sonic abilities are unmatched, he is capable of focusing a sonic blast to the exact frequency of an object and using it to destroy that object in a single blast. Not all of his sonic abilities are offensive, he can also emit subsonic frequencies and stun enemies or even put them to sleep.
Jetscream's control over the temperature is somewhat limited but impressive nonetheless. Jetscream is often seen charging into battle wielding a katana blade forged from the moisture in the air surrounding him and wearing a thick armor of ice over top of his tactical armor, the ice itself has the tensile strength of titanium. He has also managed to use ice to increase the healing rate granted to him by the nanobots in his bloodstream. However, in order to do this effectively, he must place himself in a form of suspended animation for a short time while the nanobots rapidly heal his body. During suspended animation Jetscream's vital signs plummet to a level mimicking a comatose person, the only difference is he can raise his vital signs whenever needed and withdraw from suspended animation.
Equipment
Kevlar-Titanium weave tactical armor
Jetscream's Kevlar-titanium weave armor is lightweight and extremely durable. Designed by a Dynagene subsidiary for military applications, Dynagene outfitted Jetscream and his team with it to afford maximum protection in addition to the nanobots used to quickly heal their soldiers.
Heads Up Display visor
Jet's visor is linked directly to Ardy, allowing him to scan targets for weaknesses as well as allowing him a live video feed from Ardy. The visor also has a built in vital signs scanner allowing him to do rapid assessments of a person's condition in the field. During field ops each member of the team is supposed to wear one, allowing them instant access to all the data the other members of the team gather as they gather it. The visor is made of high impact plastics and stainless steel with a miniature plasma screen over the eyes.
Advanced Aerial Reconnaissance Drone (Ardy for short)
History
Part of Dynagene Corp.'s classified Project known as Genetic Warrior. Each member of the team was genetically engineered for specific abilities. Jetscream was designed to be the team leader/ Intel advisor. After their first field test (a live combat Operation), in which Dynagene directed him to leave a woman and child for dead, Jetscream decided to break out of the Special Projects Facility. The team worked as they were supposed to, each gathering intel on their specific areas and helping plan the escape from their creators/captors. After leaving the team settled in a city in the Pacific NorthWest known as New Pacifica. Jetscream and his team continue to evade the Dynagene recapture units as they continue trying to bring in their rogue projects.

- Hates crey industries because they remind him of Dynagene Corp.
- During the few minutes he has to relax Jetscream can usually be found at the chalet at pocket D or on the slopes with his snowboard.
