Junior Justice (Jonas Anderson) was created by Heimskur (global handle: @Vetur) and was his first character created for the MMORGP City of Heroes. Created initially to serve as a side-kick/son to American Legion, Junior Justice quickly evolved beyond the concept of simply a side-kick.

Origins
On August 8th, 1985, 19 miles (31 kms) south of the Swedish capital of Stockholm, in Södertälje Hospital, a healthy baby boy was born to Paragon City native, Albert Anderson, and his wife Sigrún Oðinnsdóttir-Anderson.
Three years before the birth of his son, Albert Anderson, known to most of the world as American Legion, had left Paragon City and traveled to the northern European nation of Sweden, acting as the United States' delegate to the International Meta-Human Affairs Caucus, which was being held in Göteborg. While in Göteborg, Anderson met another delegate, Sigrún Oðinnsdóttir (Sigrun the Valkyrie), who was representing the host country. There was an obvious instant attraction between the two, and even after the caucus' end, Anderson remained in Sweden, courting and eventually marrying Sigrún. After a small, intimate wedding ceremony in the majestic Sankt Nikolai kyrka (Saint Nicolaus' Church). The couple enjoyed a brief period of domestic simplicity that was happily interrupted by the birth of their first and only son, Jonas.
Pre-manifestation
Jonas' childhood was typical of most and though his parents were both well-known meta-humans, they always managed to provide him with colloquial stability. Jonas, his mother, and his father lived in a sizable flat in Stockholm's Kungsholmen borough, where Jonas attended kindergarten at Kungsholmens Gymnasium.
From the earliest age, Jonas' parents had always been open with him about their unique abilities as meta-humans, however, they would not actually find out that their son was also a meta-human (conversely given the binomial nomenclature "Homo superior") until his 12th year of life.
Though they had, to some degree, settled into a domestic routine, Jonas' parents, Albert and Sigrún, continued to use their preternatural abilities on a regular basis, championing the cause of liberty and justice under law.
Three months after celebrating his sixth birthday, Jonas' father announced that he would be relocating his family to his hometown of Paragon City, Rhode Island.
