Kagetsuki Misao was a concept that arose from my current fascination with the anime Naruto. I selected Magic as an origin to explain her Chakra powers, but have since gone with Natural in a similar character on another server. Her background will be expanded in more detail later.

Affiliations
Villain group: The Infamous (Rank: Rumour) While technically a member of The Infamous, Misao prefers to work with her teammates, Chiyuki Inari and Hanagawa Sachie.
Personality
Flirtatious, brash, casual, and friendly, Misao is fairly normal for a teenager... even when she's killing people. As a ninja, she's been trained for combat since before she could walk, and this has left her a friendly, cheerful, well-adjusted sociopath.
Powers
Misao's ninja training is extensive, and in story and roleplay much wider than the standard power-sets available in the game. She is capable of all the standard ninja tricks - illusionary disguise, chakra-enhanced strength and speed, and most importantly of all stealth. The 'Darkness' pool was selected for her power over shadows, and the stealth aspects of her abilities.

Abilities
Spending most of your life training to be a ninja tends to cut down on your time to learn other things. Misao is, however, fairly good at political theory (but not as good in practical application thereof) - it did get her into Arachnos and the Infamous, after all. She makes a decent campfire cook, can handle more than a little electronics maintenance, and is something of a fashion maven.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Misao's greatest limit may well be her reliance on her teammates. Certainly, her training emphasized teamwork... but teamwork tends to be in short supply among these three, especially when Sachie tends to charge into the middle of things while Misao and Inari are still working out a battle plan. It does, however, keep them on their toes... Perhaps worse, though: she's a spendthrift. If it weren't for generous mission payouts, she'd be constantly skating the edge of bankruptcy. 'Poor impulse control' outside of mission-related details...
Equipment
Misao prefers to keep things simple, not depending on anything that could easily break or be lost. She keeps a small arsenal of throwing knives and shuriken about her person, and her primary weapon is a well-crafted but plain kodachi - a Japanese-style sword about midway in size between the katana and wakizashi. Her kit of assorted other gear includes disguises, grapnel and climbing line, and lockpicks for making more subtle entrances.
Character History
Kagetsuki Misao is, naturally enough, a scion of the Kagetsuki (Moon-Shadow) ninja clan of Kumogakure no Sato, the Village Hidden in the Clouds. She considers this semi-classified; although she does not operate under an alias she does speak quite little about her home, outside of her small group of teammates. The truth is, her team was sent by the Kazekage (Lightning-Shadow, chief ninja of Kumogakure) to infiltrate and investigate Arachnos after several Arachnos operatives were discovered nosing around near the borders of the Hidden Countries. She and her teammates are genin-ranked kunoichi, so far there has been no sign of a superior officer guiding them but given the Hidden Countries' standard operating procedure there almost certainly is.

Trivia
Misao has, amusingly, something of a teenage crush on Lady Nogitsune, and has no clue that her objet d'amour is her teammate Chiyuki's missing mother.
