Affiliations
- Swytch - A group of an unknown number of people in which Kei has enlisted to assist her in vigilante-like covert operations.
- Division 18 - Kei's former outfit. On the surface, it appears to be a prosperous pharmeceutical company. It is actually a highly organized mercenary group, secretly headed by several powerful political figureheads. Their contracts involve a many different clients whose requests can range from rescue and extraction to assassination. Kei has since left Division 18 due to a series of events.
Supergroups
- Hyperion Force - A group of superheroes that fight for the safety of Paragon. Currently, Kei's position in the Force has her recruiting and interviewing potential members. Most of the members of the Force seek her for physical training exercises, thus, unofficially making her the Force's physical fitness instructor.
Known Associates
- Eva Seishou - Kei's adopted daughter and member of Swytch. Going by the hero name, Reininju Zero, Eva was a runaway who was kidnapped. She was outfitted with a pair of special gauntlets that she couldn't remove, which made her life even more difficult. She met Kei once when she snuck into Pocket D and explained her situation. Kei saw herself in the troubled teen and took her under her wing.
- Thundergal - A member of Swytch, and Kei's confidante. She is extremely sweet and kindhearted and wouldn't normally hurt anyone. However, Thundergal is an extremely powerful electricity manipulator who can call upon the power of lightning to devastate her foes. She considers Kei to be a very nice person despite knowing all of her most intimate secrets.
- Alexia Dale - One of four current captains of the Hyperion Force. Alexia and Kei are very close and refer to each other as "sister." Because they both have a bit of a confident personality, they have also developed a friendly rivalry.
- John Flag - One of four current captains of the Hyperion Force. John is the founder of the Hyperion Force and is one of Kei's favorite friends. Like Kei, he enjoys extreme danger and continuous phsycial training. Because of this, Kei often forgets that he is one of the ranking officers of the group and never calls him "captain."
- Revibe - The Hyperion Force's head Technical Specialist. Revibe is a brilliant inventor who redesigned Kei's old battle gaunlets and utility belt. He and Kei are close friends and while he loves to invent things in his lab, he is always at Kei's side in times of danger and has saved her life more than once.
Enemies
- Swytch - A martial artist instructor of the highest calibur. He is the only man that Kei could ever say she "loves." However, due to a series of events, he swore to end her life if they ever met again. Kei named her group after him.
- Kasai Genkotsu - An officer in Division 18. Kasai was infatuated with Kei's strength and aspired to be stronger than her. However, he lacked discipline and focus, which is way Kei always bested him in combat. This infuriated Kasai to the point where he has attempted to kill Kei on many occasions.
- Yorule - A hero who once served Paragon. Yorule hunted villains and murdered them on sight. He defeated Kei and left her to die in the Rouge Isles, however, they met in Paragon and Kei took his life.
Personality
Kei is very confident, sometimes too confident, in her strength and knowledge of many, many martial arts techniques. When it comes to combat, Kei is all business and its where her intellectual side shines brightest. Kei can be very sweet and a pleasant person to be around, however, she often speaks her mind and her sharp tongue may sometimes offend others. "You're like a 'people magnet', Kei." - Alexia Dale
Abilities and Skills
- Energy Manipulation - Kei has the unique ability to draw electrons around her into her body. Her unique mitochondria then produces an excess amount of energy which seeps out of Kei's body, not only protecting Kei from physical harm, but also giving her a very slight "sparkly" look. Through physical training, Kei has conditioned her body to force more energy out of her hands, so when she makes a fist, it condenses into a glowing ball of energy.
- CQC Specialist - Kei has mastered various forms of hand to hand combat through her constant physical training and unquenchable thirst for combat knowledge
- Weapons Specialist - Kei has mastered various forms of weapons training as a requirement during her time with Division 18, however, Kei prefers hand to hand combat. "I could've shot you, but chasing you down and kicking your teeth in was just so much more satisfying!" - Kei Seishou
- Combat Sense- Kei has developed an uncanny attention to detail through combat training. Her sight, sense of smell, touch, and hearing have been sharpened by extreme training regiments. "I can smell the pepperoni pizza behind the mouthwash on your breath from here! You said you'd save me the last slice!" - Kei Seishou
Weaknesses and Limitations
- Despite Kei's extensive combat knowledge and experience, when overcome with "combat high," Kei will charge recklessly into dangerous situations, endangering herself and those around her.
- Kei is susceptible to mental attack due to lack of mental shielding.
