- Stevens Institute of Technology - Revibe is a visiting student from Stevens, taking classes at the Paragon University while he works as a hero.

Enemies
- Charles Vincent St.Claire -A shadow of Vibe's past. Before going to Paragon, Vibe tested his powers in the streets of New York City, quickly earning the ire of a shadowy "Kingpin" figure. Their conflict eventually ended in his arrest, as the Assassins he sent after Revibe wound up ratting him out for a third chance to try to take their target out.
- The Holy Trinity - A group of three sub-human mutates used as assassins by Charles St.Claire. They are vicious, unrelenting, dangerous, and a few fries short of a happy meal. Their unrelenting hunt for their target has caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of property damage, the hospitalization of several bystanders, and the eventual defeat of their employer. Their heightened agility and deadly claw-hands proved to not be enough, as their heightened sense of hearing proved to be their downfall.
- Umb-Rage - Revibe's Praetorian Counterpart. Every bit as goofy and theatrical as Revibe himself. The two seem to be more friends then enemies, as each exchange they have had to date has ended in something closer to friendly banter. The two despise each other however, and on several occasions Umbra has posed as Vibe to his friends, causing much confusion.
Physical Description
He is a lanky, nerdish looking guy with just enough muscles to not look ridiculous in tights. His slightly olive skin is smooth and well kept, and gives him the impression of looking several years younger then he actually is.
Personality
Revibe almost exudes his own brand of confidence through a unique blending of dependability and well placed wit. This lasts until he gets excited about something, which '"[he] is wound up like a two dollar watch"' - John Flag He walks with his head in the clouds, jumping from thought to thought when allowed to wander. More often then not he takes a moment to register when someone is talking to him.
Powers
Sonic Manipulation
'Through the use of a self-designed technology, Revibe is capable of manipulating sound waves around him for various effects.'
- Rev-Cage - Revibe's favorite technique. Through the use of highly concentrated vibrating particles, he is able to cage a single person, freezing them and stopping any hostile actions in either direction.
- Sonic Disruptor - Through the use of frequency modulation, Revibe can weaken the defenses of a target, or created a field effect.
- Sonic Dispersion - Oppositite to the Disruption, the Dispersion strengthens the defenses of allies, adding a layer of vibrating particle armor to their skin.
- Sonic Blase - Revibe is capable of launching blasts of Sonic energy at enemies from his gauntlets, he uses this as a ranged and close combat weapon, depending on the situation.
Spark Speak
'A rare ability that alters the way a humans mind works, giving them the innate ability to "hear" machines as if they had a voice'
- Analysis - Revibe can figure out problems within a device minutes after looking to it. He starts muttering under his breath and probing the device. shortly later, he has a "diagnosis"
- Invention - The spark speak manifests itself again when Revibe tries making something new. Often he curses at his devises and argues with them, almost "convincing" them to take shape.
- Repair - Repairing a device for Revibe is a no brainer. He complains when around "broken" things claiming that it sounds aweful.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Revibe's powers are heavily energy Dependant, and often times he finds himself needing to stop to let his batteries recharge. additionally, Revibe is not a super person. He is just an engineer who made a way to control sound. Outside of his Rev-Suit, Revibe is physically average, easily injured, and cannot do more then three pull ups.
Equipment
- The Kawasaki - Revibe Acquired a super charged Kawasaki motorcycle through one of his many contacts. He has since used this as his primary means of transportation.
- Rev-Gear - Revibe built and designed a device capable of manipulating sound waves. It is a three piece system made up of two gauntlets and a belt.
- Rev-Suit Mk I - Revibe's first attempt at the construction of an "Iron Man" type suit of armor. It performed magnificently until it was destroyed in combat with a Praetorian.
- Rev-Suit MK II - Revibe's Close combat model. Lined with a blend of Titanium plating, cyber-muscles, and Advanced Sonic Defense Systems. The end result is a suit that grants Revibe the strength and endurance of ten men.
- Rev-Suit MK III - An experiment with his Sound Manipulation technology. Using a special form of Acoustic Brass and micro-amplifiers, Revibe Greatly improves his combat capabilities.
