Physical Prowess
When in his normal form, Jules has the strength and agility of an Olympic athlete in excellent condition. When in his energy form, he becomes insubstantial and cannot affect the physical world by means of direct manipulation.
Powers/Abilities
Jules possesses a wide array based on his ability to inherently control the kinetic forces within his own body, and the interconnectivity of those forces to extradimensional energies.
He can run at phenomenal speeds, and has been known to cross entire zones in a matter of seconds. He can channel these same energies to leap extraordinary distances, and is widely known as one of the fastest within the Isles.
It is also theorized that Jules can somehow tap into probability matrices, shifting the current metaphysical momentum within an area. He does not exhibit fine control over this power yet, but rather can utilize it to change the tide in a battle scenario.
In addition, Jules maintains and utilizes several items that he has obtained from battles past, including a Nemesis Staff and a Blackwand. Though less frequently seen, he has been known to brandish a bat and a sledgehammer in desperate moments.

Those Who Ride the Whirlwind
Tumultuous Jade has a rather enigmatic relationship with the young speedster. While their friendship and respect is obvious, something speaks of a dark origin in which one may well have saved the other, but neither is talking. To threaten Jade in his presence is a sizable mistake, and the usual jovial demeanor of which he is possessed dissipates in to something which evokes a word that seldom can apply to Jules ... sinister.
Aires Guard, a founding member of 21 Stones, was at one time a mentor to Jules, helping him learn while they spent time together in that hero team. Jules still holds the Ram in immense regard, and is quick to challenge any who would threaten the Defender.
Mirey is a recent addition to Jules' life, and undeniably a powerful one.
Unleashed Force currently serves as a trainer to teach Jules how to manage and control his rapidly growing energies.
Jack O'Lantern was a previous tutor to Kine, and colleague in arms in his incarnation of Night_Wraith in Paragon City.
Tina Colossus was Kine's first great crush ... a towering heroine with a heart of gold. It was memories of her that drove him through the darkness of his imprisonment, though he will not talk of her now.
Kat Kisses was one of Kine's first friends in Paragon City. A faithful and stout soul, she had a knack for making him smile.
